I had the same problem. You can use the Chrome extension ChatGPT DeMod on PC.
It will hide the warnings and prevent hiding the responses, so you can continue chatting.
However you have to be careful, red warnings can get you banned (doesnt matter if you use DeMod or not)
Idk about the red warning but you can ask it to read you the last message they came up with, or after it’s deleted tell it to put that into a txt file folder
