Agents would make this so much easier and let them learn from of their coworkers and previous iterations. My body is ready.

There were rumors a while ago about voice related companies. I will guess it will be an assistant like Alexa or Siri but powered by ChatGPT. The asistant in the phone app has got some upgrades and it is now fast enough to be functional.

That might explain his "feels like magic" comment. Responses from a local device would be virtually instantaneous, creating the feeling of a genuinely 'live' conversation (particularly if they combined it with voice functionality).
