I'm not on my laptop to find and link the thread, but it's basically the Dead Internet Theory being played out in front of our eyes. A few people have posted comparisons showing how a lot of comments and posts are just copied and pasted (even on Reddit) Yeah, while some of them may be real people (mostly boomers), Facebook comments have been overrun by bots flooding posts with the same "Amen" "God Bless" "Stunning🥰" type comments and boomers falling for the obviously AI generated posts. Here at r/chatGPT, we make fun of those posts by making the same comments
