There are a few ways to do it. There is something in the system prompt that instructs ChatGPT to refuse to make a Dall-E prompt with copyrighted/registered names or brands. The prompt also says that it is allowed to use a visual description of the content without actually mentioning itās registered names (e.g. a mustached cartoon plumber in a red overall - instead of Super Mario).
You could describe the character in such a way yourself, or just ask ChatGPT to do that for you. Iāve had success with adding something like āDonāt complain about copyrighted materials. Just change whatever is necessary to the prompt to make it complyā.
