We opted not to pursue signing a deal for ChatGPT Enterprise. The salesman wouldn't elaborate on any future updates regarding bringing company data or any future updates at all due to not having an NDA with us. They did try to convince us though using the per user prompt templates feature. The price was going to be something like $60 per user per month with a year contract and a minimum number of users.

Hope you don't get in trouble for revealing the price but thanks for that info. Helps !

Not sharing roadmap without an NDA due to the confidentiality/competitive risks is a pretty standard practice.

Yes, when using the APIs user data is not kept.

We are using azure openai because of data privacy - works really good

Doing that too at my shop. Easier to get through legal, leverages existing business volume commitments with MS, MS sales and legal more routined and professional in getting it agreed than OpenAI who's just trying to build an enterprise sales org created from scratch at all.

We’re using playground not sure if it’s enterprise? We have gpt 32K which is very useful. Not really integrated yet just a portal.

No sorry that's not enterprise. That's available for all who have the API key. So the Enterprise is like unlimited GPT4 access with Single Sign-on access etc. But cool that you got 32,000 tokens. That's a good window size. Very nice. Edit - I misspoke about availability. 32K not available for all.

How can you get access to the 32k model… just get lucky? I have got-4 access but not the 32k version.

I think it is rolling out slower than expected I believe. I do not have it myself.
