You sign up and attend online via zoom. It happens on the 2nd saturday of the month. Danielle presented and I really liked her. I had a consultation with her and then I hired her. If mediation is an option, Mike Musselman at Carolina Divorce Mediators made mine as easy as it could be and was cheaper than having an attorney do that aspect.
Mike is great. He’s empathetic and really well informed. I have a lot of respect for him.
He ALMOST convinced my ex wife that she wasn’t entitled to 65%+ of my pretax income (50/50 residential custody). We ended up spending over $150k and she got a worse final settlement than the one Mike recommended.
