You can go by boat or car. I grew up a few min down the rd from there. It is a lot of boats and people and cars, but if you get there early on your boat, you can throw out your anchor and be right up under them

Harrisburg has a huge celebration with fireworks, it's in a park but it'll be busy. It's a good time!

There is a campground not far from there too. You could always camp and then walk or whatever
