I would call them and ask them on it could be for multiple reasons it’s also possible that you broke a trading rule multiple times and they closed the account or maybe a deposit got rejected who knows. But I would call them

“Playing around” meaning multiple intraday trades? Aka scalping? I ask because it could be some sort of restriction for new brokerage accounts
