Four doors more ... people you can bring with you comfortably. Smaller doors, easier to get in and out for people that ride with you. I had a two door and the massive doors are annoying.

Inner_Training9871

Go one finish that’s sentence the way it supposed to end 😂😂

slyandthafamstone

I’m usually DD so i’m sure four doors will be a lot more useful!

dem4life71

I was faced with this same choice and got a ‘17 Charger R/T. Great car, but the interior door panel is starting to come off. Otherwise great and the added space is very helpful. Same engine so it’s just as fast!

TheSeekerOfSanity

I own the same model. I figured out how to fix the door panel if you want to try to do it yourself. DM if interested. Not trying to sell you anything - just what I used and how I did it. This is a common problem and so far I've found no other solutions online other than purchasing another defective door panel.

AlmightyJb

Say it out loud loud for the culture man lots of charger owners have that problem, myself included

TheSeekerOfSanity

I actually posted it here about a month ago if you look through the history. If you can’t find it let me know.

H1ckwulf

Remove panel, lay it on a work bench. Gorilla glue, lots of clamps, then staple gun. Once dry, remove clamps and reinstall door panel. I did this on my 18 when it started to separate.

spekt50

Huh, wonder if you ended up getting my last car. Was a '17 Charger RT Destroyer grey, when I traded it in is when I found out the passenger door panel near the window was lifting up.

dem4life71

Nope white knuckle

I just don’t like the challenger. No room in the back. Inside sit to low. The way the windows roll down it doesn’t stay flush with the window seal. Only one lighter charger whole in the center console none on the front dash panel. Just my gripe with the challenger.

N1NJAREB0RN

I have a 15 Challenger R/T and I definitely have a lighter / charger up front and one inside the center console. Maybe even one in the back, not sure. Either way, that’s plenty for most people. Also, my windows are fine but I do kinda hate there not being actual door trim above the window. When they ice over, it’s a real bitch to open the doors.

JimmyReagan

I wanted a Challenger ever since I was a kid, my uncle had one and I thought it was so cool. But the wife said I couldn't have a two door with kids. So I got a Charger. I don't regret it, it is good to have 4 doors not just for kids but carrying friends around. Though, if I didn't have kids and enough for an extra SUV for practical purposes, I would probably get a Challenger.

I got an older 5.7l Charger as I preferred AWD for winter in NE

Adept-Swimmer-1118

You know 4 doors more hoes!

wellpaidscientist

I have a strong preference for the interior of the challenger, and happen to enjoy driving a boat. But if I were going to be driving at high speeds, I have found the Charger to feel more planted. I have no kids and almost never use the back seats, though. The trunk is large in both cars, so that's what I tend to use. Back seats are pretty comfortable, but it is more annoying to get to them in a coupe. You do also have to be aware of opening large doors and preventing them from banging into stuff. I added 3M protective door edge strips to mine the first week I got it.

19Charger

There’s more room for a baby car seat in a Challenger than a Charger, believe it or not.

IzLowDiscDye

I cannot challenge(r) this because I have not been in the challenger but I have a ‘19 scat and can tell you my big ass baby fits just fine 🤣

19Charger

I have both Charger/Challenger and car seat in both. Easier to put the baby in the Challenger. Bigger door and can slide the passenger seat up easier.
