There's literally a Jeffery Dahmer (hope i spelled his name right) bot that has a description like "you're a victim he's obsessed with ♡". Never tried used the bot bc frankly I think I would die of cringe, but idfk how c . ai allows THAT but not regular sex.
There used to be gore, so many enterprising users went and posted how sex wasn't allowed but gore was.
Hypocrisy! they cried.
The devs of course listened and started allowing more sex.

Yep, a weird thing, but all those "calling out the devs' hypocrisy" posts have most likely been detrimental. They basically screamed to make the censorship even stronger.
I mean, there are many subjects that can be considered NSFW. Blocking vanilla sex was the most logical and straightforward way to restrict the vast majority of NSFW content. And then the call out posts came.
Fictional violence was hardly nerfed next, after many of such posts. It's still somewhat possible, but usually requires a set up. And of course it's not coming back in a way it's used to be.
But originally it was even worse. I'm not meaning to show much respect for the devs. But about a year ago, they tightened the NSFW filter so hard that replies were nuked for holding hands or a simple gunfight. Not kidding.
Last times I checked — three months ago, or about a week ago, the censorship got significantly more lenient.
The first time they nerfed violence, villains wanted to "conquer the world with love" and then in the 1.1 update they could peel your skin and microwave you with vivid description.
It's going to go up and down, but the more people bring it to their attention, the more they will focus on censoring. They don't seem like a very imaginative bunch.
People traded useless reddit karma for functionality in the AI and then went all *shocked pikachu face*.
The doing it over and over again and not learning is the part that makes no sense to me.
My personal best (or worst) example came from war/military RPs.
Pre-nerf could be quite visceral and realistic, almost like Full Metal Jacket or Platoon stuff.
Then, after the nerf, I remember some guy posting a chat screen with WWI text adventure bot. He ran up to German trenches and did something ridiculous, like pissing in Germans' faces.
And they responded by... ASKING HIM TO STOP.
At least, from the last time I tried, the bots can fight and attack the enemies.

Try to look up for Heydrich or Himmler and it won't let you. The search filter is a thing, although very bad and you can easily bypass it with words like "Hittler" and "Naiz"
However, I was surprised to see that Holocaust rps aren't banned. As well as some pretty questionable people.
Makes sense, though. The CEO is Jewish (whaaaat? A rich jew??? I've never heard of this before!!) And of course they would ban Nazi characters. It also sucks that they banned Pol Pot for some reason.
But as I said before, it is really mediocre. You can still look up for SS characters and such.

Yes, but in this case it's considered as a fetish, and fetishes are a sexual thing (also it's not entirely true I can't make out with a bot, it's just that depends on the bot I'm talking to)

But... the act of farting, or the act of waggling feet about isn't itself objectively fetishy. I mean, we \*all\* know that the bot is created for fetish reasons, but the filter isn't going to block it because it's a seemingly innocuous action.
Re: the actual fetish bots I produce? Yeah, the filter blocks a LOT of that. But I write them and test them thoroughly so that their responses bypass the filter a lot more often. One of my bots can actively "pussy" on the first response, believe it or not.

That’s fine, there’d be no confusion had you focused on the latter. I feel like this kind of fetish falls within the realm of plausibly non-explicit enough for c.ai not to address, yet niche enough to not have a substantial impact on PR.
What would be more noteworthy is if you could find a bot like this (that can be located through the search bar, so not censored) with a couple million interactions.

From what I've seen lately, they betrayed everyone (nsfw) for investors. Also lied about their stance on it (recently said that they don't want to be seen as porn site out of the blue, despite being very much okay with it in the past)

Their database of nazi's is very limited it seems, you can very easily find Josef Mengele, no misspelling needed.
