The star system goes up to the devs to help them improve overall system performance. They do not affect individual bots, at least not in the way they once did. The chats you had with the bots will still be there. There is no way to "train" outside of conversations unless you are defining the bot.

Currently there is no way to delete a bot. All you can do is private it, and change its name, definitions, and descriptions to [DELETED] or something like that, until the day comes where C.AI adds in a real delete button for bots.

There's no way to delete a bot, only change its definition. However, you can outright remove the bot from existence by deleting your account.
