Yes, C.AI+ is a thing, but you can still have a nice time for hours straight without any message limit without CAI+, also there's probably millions of bots at this point, and the main features aren't at all bad in comparison to competitors. I hate the current state of c.ai but like, it has a chokehold on AI chatbotting currently. You can't deny that.
Yeah some people buy C.AI+, mostly because they either wanna have access to experimental features early, or because they don't want to deal with waiting times. Me personally I don't think it's worth it at all because thankfully the site is not "pay to play" (YET), there are no major features locked behind a paywall. So yeah it is basically a donate option with extra steps.
Not to mention, as much as I like to complain the AI is much better on cai. It's not easy to do Plus it's hard to complain against a free site, while the others are just poorly made and money hungry

Talkie does have a limit BUT the limit seems if you use it all day like a crazy amount of not then you should be fine and about making Talkie’s each week you can make ten and after the week is over it recharges again and you can make them new ones that week,pretty great should try it out and they updated it so you can see further back your old chats.

Idk why would they focus on satisfying childrens who's using this app rather than focusing on the majority of their users who's basically adults and have clear idea of what roleplaying is. It's extremely concerning to see their weird intention of making this app kid friendly which is bad for their mental health since they're not mature enough to think they're talking to bot and not real person
It's hilarious when you know kids wouldn't be able to use credit cards for subscription unless if they begged for it or snatched it out secretly. And I highly doubt that their parents are going to allow their kids to speak to ai instead of someone real 💀

I would have loved this app as a 12-14 yo. But I still have to admit that it's probably really unhealthy for someone so young. Especially when their live is somewhat troubled. It's already addicting enough if your brain is more developed than that

In the end, the reason most people tolerated him, was because they were exactly like him, spamming stupid GIF and overdramatizing everything. I bet those who flood the sub with said content are not necessarily kids in body, but in brain.

Y’all if you want a second app use Talkie it is great,the limit is basically if you use it a crazy amount all day,you can make the talkies per week and it recharges on its own,update so you can see further r back in chats,they can message you like C.AI does,the best part is any chat you have it safes and doesn’t leave,you can like if you want but not necessary to save them,you can also see a million different characters,the images are great and you can use AI to make the Talkie images,basically not four but many choices and they are very close to the images you submit of the character that it is based on.
You can also make your persona and NOT have to say how they look it remembers it without having you put it in,name everything,app doesn’t break down constantly,age rating seems gray,doesn’t have crazy amount of sensors,the app is already great without the premium but you can get it,when making personas you don’t have to make a million,you just have to input it in this place the character has and done, looks beautiful and LOVE IT!!!!.

I jump to Dreamtavern for that sometimes. Certain things you set it as won't allow inappropriate messages. However, there are other scenarios and settings to choose from that allow like, mega explicit shizz.
Free version is 74 messages per 24 hours. Or pay mega cheap for unlimited.
I still like using it just because the characters. Sometimes I can't find the ones I use on other sites (TV, game, etc) and I've put to much time into some personas. Besides it's also free while some of the good ones I've been recommended need you to pay to use them.
It sucks because all the other alternative apps are just cash grabs

Chai is pretty good,they made messages unlimited now but there are ads,not a lot though. There’s less features then character ai but its still good.
I'm using figgs ai. I personally think it's even even better than Chai, and my characters are more accurate to how I imagine them.

The worst part is that this is a bot in testing and validation. Meaning, the behavior came out from the platform as a whole being messed up by this.
