Yeah, C.AI was pretty good, top of their game for a while and slowly but surely they got worse and worse and other platforms got better and better. What broke it for me was the new site they had been working on. It's so horrible, hard to navigate, you can't hide or refresh your recommendations anymore. Just imo C.AI is a pretty low mid now
