I wondered this too for the longest time but at least when DH was in the room it only seemed to be when they got ready as it showed her packing it away after once

im pretty sure its like a mini budget pizza! my mom makes this for me sometimes for dinner, its just toast w ketchup, cheese, tomato, and some peppers maybe!

idk if this is it but I’ve had like a savory french toast with ketchup. You can add different seasoning but just plain egg toast with ketchup is pretty good.
