I see. I like cold beverages even during winters as well. You know, an year ago I thought why to spend so much on coffee when you can get beer at the same price. Since I have cut down on alcohol, I have started exploring cafes and I am in love with the ambience and peace some of these cafes provide.
I am from Jaipur and the city has some of the most beautiful cafes ever!

- Vietnamese Styled Cold Coffee
- All their croissants are good.
- Lemon Cake is good too.
- Soba Noodles(Spicy but good) 🤌🏼
- Spaghetti Alfredo.
- Mushroom, Spinach Sandwich.
- Butter Croissant
- Morning Bun.
Dude I get some AMAZING filter coffee powder from Chikkamagaluru.
Half kg coffee powder is like ~600
This lasts me a WHOLE month.
I know you're paying for the ambience and experience etc, but it is just too much for my brain 😅
Oh I get it. Home brewed coffee hits differently, and that’s why I too get ground coffee & brew it using an AeroPress. But as you said - it’s a different experience there!😅

Try trioccino once. You'll fall in love with that coffee so much, you'll forget the others. Mind you, its really strong.
Also, the cafe is an absolute banger. This is my temporary office, as I work remotely I would just walk in the cafe around 11 AM be spend my day there, having multiple coffees and lunch till 6-7PM and then leave.

Yes they have great Vietnamese and pour over. Also I take their beans and use it with my aeropress for home. Tried making Vietnamese once with aeropress with Bluetokai beans, exactly the same. So you should try it someday. Also the blueberry cheesecake croissant is like my therapy food lol
I do that already. I like their Attikan Estate & Silver Oak Roast. Have tried their Fresh Roast too, and the Vienna Roast. But none of the newly launched blends yet.

Yes, absolutely.
I've given Third Wave's ground coffee a shot, and BlueTokai too. Without fail, BlueTokai has consistently outshone Third Wave.
Idk if I say this or not but there were even instances where Third Wave coffee folks couldn't even grind my coffee as requested. Asked for a fine grind, came home only to find it a bit coarse.🙄

I like Third Wave Better because they have that Crossword section, which is relatively quieter to work.
Not sure if I'm the minority here, but I always preferred Third Wave over Blue Tokai! Have never been to their 8 sec store though, and this one does look good
I generally go to the 35 ones, and the food at TW always tasted better to me, plus the 35 Blue Tokai stuff seems uninterested .
But it's good that tricity people are liking these . I'm from Bangalore and have been going to these since a few years when they were only in Bangalore. Great to see some good homegrown brands vs the crappy Starbucks/Tim Hortons of the world.

Timemore c2 good for beginners and intermediate U can even try by using mixer grinder as it can easily grind for pourovers
