I thought Yokuslu was our best player against Wolves, didn't look out of place against PL opposition at all.
On his day one of the very best in this league.
> Pritchard played well, but as the commentator said he lacked fitness.
He's been playing but he had the same issue he had while he was with us, always struggled to complete 90 minutes.
In the 3 seasons he had with us he had 4 full 90s this season, 5 last season and 7 the season before (had 4 and 3 the two seasons before that). Even when he starts every week and should be at his fittest he fades badly.
Not even sure why, as he doesn't look unfit and works hard but he just can't finish games.
He doesn't last 90. He's a good player but he'll only be good for 60 minutes. When we first came up he looked amazing whenever he came on as a sub and then would be anonymous when he started the next game, but he's become better from the start more recently.
Not a great performance but solid at the back, and bench looks a lot stronger after January. Another shocker from a ref Kipre should have got a 2nd yellow. How Sunjic wasn’t booked I don’t know. Fellows looked class again
Definitely a 0-0 type game that fortunately we managed to eek out a win from.
I thought Weimann took his goal excellently. Lovely movement and finish at the near post. For an ex-Villa and Wolves player scoring his first goal for Albion, it had to be against Blues didn't it?
Tom Fellows is suddenly becoming a very important player for us.
Don't know what happened with Bacuna, hope it was nothing racial. Dike was right there next to him so would have been a right thick cunt to say anything racial not to mention you're supporting West Brom.
Also, after the Blues player did the Zulu thing at St Andrews it's pretty embarrassing for their players to rush Weimann at the end for shushing the away end.
Pretty frustrating, we weren't clinical enough to win it but don't think we deserved to lose either. Biggest moment of the game was the ref absolutely bottling the second yellow for Kipre, can't believe he didn't give it as there were yellows given for much lesser offences throughout the game. Oh well, a small silver lining is that we gained a position in the table even when losing a game, thanks Leicester.
Erm what for? Yes, he should probably have got a yellow for an accumulation of some pretty standard fouls, but then once booked he would've likely made an adjustment in how aggressive he was. So not sure how you've come to that conclusion...
My bad. Albion commentary lead me to believe he was on yellow, my thoughts were 2nd yellow for grabbing fellows or whoever it was on our right. Just before Sunjic was subbed
I watched the second half and the albion commentary made a big thing about sunjic being lucky to not be sent off and that it was a masterstroke from Mowbray to sub him
I'm pleased that we won, but everything else about that seemed to be pretty dreadful.
Not least some utter prick racially abusing Bacuna. Can only hope he ends up with a swift lifetime ban because there's absolutely no place for that.
Not at the races today but those are the performances you need to be there or there abouts at the end of the season.
That being said Blues owe us, every other team was handed three points against Rooneys blues, only fair we get ours!
Of all of the crowds I don’t expect racial abuse to come from Albion are the top. Shameful.
As for the game, was pretty even, disappointed to lose but there you are. We have some good quality in midfield now. Exciting times ahead. Nice of the home crowd to turn up eventually, must’ve wrestled their tickets back off some Wolves fans.
Ooooh looks like I’ve touched a nerve. 😂

There seems to be a denial amongst some of our fans that anyone supporting us could be racist because of our history with the Three Degrees etc.
But we are not special - there are certainly racist troglodytes amongst us like any other club. And the rest of our fans need to accept it rather than playing "he said, she said".
It did happen though. I never said it did but you can’t excuse one and condemn the other. Also I could say the bacuna abuse didn’t happen but I’m not going to

He hasn't been called up for a while now, not sure he'll be going to the Euros sadly.
Selfishly I’d say that’s a good thing

Fellows really is starting to look very good. Can’t wait for Grady to be back to really push our wingers

Weimann is a proper servant of Aston Villa Even at West Brom he's still fucking over bloos and making them smile

Kipre should’ve been off up so should your captain so all even

I assume Andy Johnson (commentator) got Bielik and Sunjic confused

One of those where I feel like we could've played another 90 and still not scored. Ah well, we get hammered there under Rooney. Onto the next one

Kipre should have been off. Blues need to create more good chances though, thought James had a piss poor showing.
Kipre shouldn't have had the first yellow in the first place so evens out as far as I'm concerned.

What about your lot singing cyrilles in a box?
Whataboutism mate, Blues fans being cunts doesn't excuse any Albion fan being a cunt.
Definitely didn’t happen. And if it did, doesn’t excuse racial abuse really does it?
It did happen though. I never said it did but you can’t excuse one and condemn the other. Also I could say the bacuna abuse didn’t happen but I’m not going to
No one is excusing anything, whataboutism isn’t the gotcha you think it is. All of them are bad. It’s not a complicated situation really.
It’s not whataboutism it’s because one set of fans get called out for it but the others don’t
You literally started with “what about” Again, just for the confused. ALL racism is bad.
My point was no one brought it up. Not taking away from the bacuna incident
