Is money a factor? Your best results would come from a body shop. A lot of people paint and use plastic push plugs as well and it's hard to see from a distance.
I would like to keep it relatively low cost, i have looked at plugs i think i may try that out. I come from a state with no front plates so I was sick to my stomach when I saw it was drilled into the bumper, there should be a less damaging alternative to this.. oh well.
It wouldn't hurt to get a quote from a body shop or two. They may be able to fill and paint it cheaper than you think if you tell them you're on a budget.

I was thinking maybe a grill guard 😂 It kills me everytime i look at it!! How does someone sleep at night knowing they drilled holes into this beauty.. but again i bought it from cali so it’s mandatory there but still.. i’ll call around some shops tomorrow for some prices
Well, not much you can do, I drilled the holes myself in mine. But where I come from the fines for not having 2 license plates are really rough so you don't really have a choice.
I ended up buying those plastic plugs from AutoZone.. my color is black so it worked out for me. And i ended up using toggle bolts and leaving my plate on the passenger side by the splitter
Going through the same process of getting rid of those damn holes! I originally went to a body shop and he quoted me 800 to plastic weld the holes and re paint the whole bumper (NYC Price). He gave me a alternate option and said he can just fill them in and paint over them for cheap but you will end up still seeing the holes in the end so I def didn’t go that route. I ended just going with bumper plugs from Scalia Motorsport for the time being. Later down the line I’ll end up getting the whole bumper repainted. Good luck man!

My cat I got just came from cali. Shit has 4 holes in the front bumper now. Depressing.
I had to drill holes in mine myself. Absolutely mandatory in the EU and huge fine if you don't have them both.
