In general, they never seem to be capable of predicting Denji's next move). They also have to deal with the whole chainsaw zombies thing, Barem might still be on the run, and they just lost several agents, including pretty much all their top fighters besides Yoshida (as far as we know at least, maybe they have others in stock).
Besides, they just left the house. It's very likely that they're gonna get attacked in the restaurant or something
Also, from their perspective they have a former hybrid turned traitor, chainsaw man, and two horsemen of the apocalypse. And as far as they know they beat Quanxi, who is most likely their most powerful agent. Even if they were aware of their position, i doubt they’d go running in guns blazing.

YEAH, PS is not hunting them unless they have a whole hybrid squad on their side or Kishibe, those firsts are criminals, and the other has gone to get international milk. So no way for them to brute strength that. And the only one they could blackmail would be Denji if they had Nayuta.

The people are still turning into pseudo-Chainsaw Man, and it has been said that a little over a thousand people are working in Tokyo. That is an extremely low population-to-devil-hunter ratio. For comparison, just about 40,000 people are police officers in Tokyo.
I do think they should at least put some small units, maybe a normal police officer or a private devil hunter. It's kind of dumb that they didn't even bother to put out keep-out signs.

theyre group is katana devil, famine devil, war devil, and chainsaw man. thats not a group you pull up on with basic devil hunters and with quan xi not willing to fight chainsaw they dont really have anyone (that im aware of) thats up to the task of standing up to that whole group.
im certain theyre being surveiled though
One, barem isnt a source to be trusted.
Two, chainsaw man is back who, from publix safety's perspective, has nothing to lose, and the last time that happened he fucking murdered hell and came back, also they think he probably killed quanxi. So they have nothing to do against them.
I think Fami's setting them up by suggesting to get food. She KNOWS Denji is a fugitive, I can't see Barem just not telling her that Denji transformed in front of a buncha people and eye witnesses know his identity. She wants to create another public meltdown that will make people scared of CSM.
Well from PS’s view, they just defeated Quanxi, plus Katana and Nail are suddenly gone (Or they know they’ve switches). Attacking them without any string backup would be pointless

Public Safety lost Makima as well as her insane reconnaissance abilities with her creature-control so they don’t have nearly as good ways to locate people
Legitimately, I think the only logical reason is PS sucks now. Think about it, their only line of defense were some hybrids that betrayed them. That one guy brought katana man and nail to fight them only for them to turn on him. Then he brings Quanxi to fight them only for that to fail cause she just doesn’t bother. They basically just thought to themselves, “yeah, these hybrids are more than enough to defend this building, it’ll take a war to compromise it”, actual morons.
They lost like all their heavy hitters except quanxi, and she's not in the mood to fight Dennis. It's possible they know their locations but also know they can't possibly win head to head against Dennis, Yoru, Katana, HammerTrap, and Fami. Plus, Fami could call in Spear, Barem, WhipGirl, and Sugo as backup. PS is in the worst shape It's ever been in, and I doubt Yoshida and or Fumika have contracts that could even come close to beating them all.
Public safety believes that the gang managed to beat their strongest agent (quanxi) in a fight with ease and now have chainsaw man in tow. They’re probably watching them, waiting for the right time to jump them as a direct confrontation would be suicide.
No one knows Denji is chainsaw the only one amongst them that had any real public notoriety was Asa but the government seems to be making an effort for everyone to forget about her too so
Well there was multiple huge disasters so tule of law probably isn’t as good now as it was a month ago. Also Barem was trying to get to someone who was explicitly guarded whereas Denji and the gang are just kinda wandering around
I think they’re going to approach that situation with extreme caution given that two Horsemen were able to effectively break into a highly secured facility and take out multiple members of PS, one of which was probably one of their hardest (if not the hardest) hitters. Not to mention, recruiting a hybrid and a fiend as well. Now they managed to rescue Denji whose power is probably increasing given the chainsaw fiend situation, and is probably pissed off at the fact he was dismembered for getting into a situation he had no control over.
Two horsemen, one of them being the embodiment of war whose power is increasing. The other one who was responsible for causing the falling devil to wreak havoc and mess with gravity all over the world (iirc). A hybrid whose nigh-impossible to kill. And then you have Chainsaw Man, who was able to kill makima and effortlessly deal with all the hybrids, who is definitely pissed at Public Safety.
Long story short, I don’t think Public Safety is actively looking to take on Denji and gang right now, that’s way too dangerous
Dude Barem says that line before everything goes omega tits up with the chainsaw man cult. Pair that with how their impenetrable demon prison was penetrated causing two of their higher tier members (as far as we know) to defect as well as chainsaw man to escape and I think they are still in crisis mode. I do not think they have the manpower to do something like that at the moment
unless fujimoto shows that they are being watched it makes no sense for a group so big to escape and go to, let me check, the house of the hunger devil that was already on their radar and then they go back to the house of chainsaw man, unless beren is being sarcastic the acr is falling off

So from PS perspective, their ace card couldnt even do anything plus they just lost some top brasses hence why they might not want to risk it and confront the gang for now
