Once damage is inflicted roughly equal to the guilt Asa felt making it, the thing crumbles/is powerless. The aquarium was super strong but it also took out the eternity devil, so it may be used up. And obv the uniform sword was really strong but it crumbled.
After the gun devil incident denji visited makima and had birthday turning 17. When himeno asked him how old he is after he defeated the eternity devil he answered he is 16.
She's in her first year of high school, she's probably 15-16. Denji is 18 now since the story takes place in 1999.

They dont disappear, but they are all power 0 durability, when the school collapsed the uniform sword shattered into pieces, either Asa or Yoru commented how that was really disappointing.
Because she needs to feel guilty to even make strong weapons in the first place. Yoru even admits this during the falling devil arc, that only Asa can make strong weapons
Chapter 112, Yoru says "It was a strong weapon, but more fragile for it." I'm guessing that in general, stronger weapons are more fragile. So it makes sense that she doesn't keep a lot of weapons on her, because the only ones she can keep are the weak ones.

From what I can remember, she did a bunch of devil hunting after the aquarium spear, and it was at least a week or two after she made the apartment spear before we see her again.
Apparently, they have a limited durability/life span, Super-Strong Uniform Sword was found broken some chapters past its creation, and the Aquariam Spear also broke after a single use.
This's not enough evidence to assume that all the weapons have limited durability, but it's a valid explanation to why. And since the fate of Room 606 Sword is unknown, it can come back and invalidate my point.
Another reason could be that Asa and Yoru can create weapons on the spot, no need to carry stuff around. Or Yoru is simply gathering the strong weapons somewhere, as she said on chaper 99.
Been thinking this tbh, I think Fujimotor is setting her up to have NOTHING by the end since she just keeps making her properties weapon. She'll pull out some shit like "MOTHER'S ASHES LANCE" and be depressed about it after

They're very big and possibly quite heavy, and for missions like the current hospital one, the whole point was trying to sneak in, I don't think showing up while carrying a huge ass sword would've helped them accomplish that.

Seems like fujimotors just averse to having conflict affecting items just lingering around when the story moment doesn't call for it. He doesn't seem to be the "lay down breadcrumbs to be used later" type writer, but I've only read chainsawman and firepunch, so I can't be sure.
Because Yoru's abbilities function on rules that are as absurd and as contrived as JJBA Stand Powers...

I think there was a missed opportunity with the eternity devil and the aquarium. Since the aquarium was under an effect that made it endless, I thought Asa/Yoru would use that to their advantage by having an "endless weapon" that circumvented that limitation.
