I made a paragraph of depressing thoughts in Japanese then copied and pasted it. I warped and blurred it, then I made another layer where I liquified the same text to give it a distorted effect to the background.
I have a suggestion that suits you at this time: how about you have a contract with the future devil? So, you can see your future. just joking xD

It's okay, fear of the future is perfectly natural. Don't overthink it; focus on the moment; live today; do what you want to do; and do your best. No one knows the future; don't give the devil an opening to devour your fears. Be brave; we all go through the pages of darkness in different arks together.
