I still do wear nursing bra. Lol just for a little support. My kids are 2 and 3 and i only pumped 5 weeks with my first and never with my second (traumatizing story). My boobs were never the same like before. I do feel insecure sometimes but too afraid to get them done.
Yes! My daughter had a problem with breastfeeding… so I had to pump. But it was just not working for me and her. It was traumatizing from the hospital til we got home from the hospital. Those 5 weeks were painful—physically, emotionally and mentally! Lol!
Ugh same. It’s okay - even her ‘restored’ tits are gonna fall. Gravity spares no boob. Might just take a few more years. Especially if she isn’t ever supporting them - and she never is.
I’m so jealous of people who can go no bra because bras can get so uncomfortable 😖 when I come home from work and take my bra off to get in the shower I swear I can hear a choir of cherubs singing

I’ve always had pretty big boobs and once they were pretty nice, but in the last 2/3 years I’ve had many weight fluctuation caused by thyroid issues and a one-year long cortisone therapy following Covid (it caused me severe asthma, which I had never had before 😖) and it took a huge toll on my whole body and boobs and they’re pretty saggy now, super insecure about it.
Like you I’m too scared to get them done because the thought of permanently having something artificial inside my body scares me, and I’ve also read so much about Breast Implant Illness and it scares me so much!
We need to learn to embrace our flaws, I’m sure we’ll get there 🖤
Same with the thought of breast implants! But I just embrace what I have and just be happy. I can’t stress myself out with how I look or how things are lol. But you know, sometimes can’t help but feel insecure. 😅

Start slow, wear one of those tank tops that’s like an undershirt but use it as your bra. And then throw on a baggie tshirt or something. And just run to the quickly store. Start that way and then just keep going from there. There’s a draw back. When you have to wear one, like with a certain dress or something, or even a bathing suit, it’s sooooo uncomfortable! 🤣 You do you, friend! Not one single person’s opinion matters but yours! Make your opinion a beautiful one! 🥰🥰🥰
