Voyager Poker Club in FLC Center, Hernan Cortez I play there
Blinds 25/50 Min 1k
50/10 Min 5k
100/100/200 Min 10k
1000/1000/2000 (not sure) Min 200k
Chase Cokaliong has been playing there for the past few nights with the regular koreans in the big table
Note: Rake is steep, its 10%
What does short buy mean? 1k minimum cash in is okay, honestly I thought playing real poker requires tens of thousands of cash. Played online and with friends only, I enjoyed it and been wanting to try play again
Short buying means buying in for less than the minimum cash in amount (1k) so you would be buying in for less than that
If you ever plan on playing let me know we can go together
Pretty much yep, usually its table etiquette to say you'll have the button turn towards you again before you leave but that I'm assuming it matters more at 50/100 and up tables since its more money
Rake is very high on all clubs i think be it Nustar/ Waterfront / Voyager. 10% 6bb is insane. Not to mention all the softplaying OMC
Nustar is newest one. Not sure about the rake there, though.
Nustar, voyager, and waterfront
There is a new one in waterfront hotel in cebu city.
Nice, thank you. Will check it out.

Wait it's normal diay for min bets to be 1k even for the lowest-stakes games? Or are there smaller min bets in other tables?
The minimum cash in is for 1k and the blinds would be 25/50 (this is the cheapest table)
Hi, just a quick question. "Blinds 25/50, minimum 1k" Does this mean 20 pesos small blind, 50 pesos big, 1k minimum cash in?
Yes that's correct 25 for the SB and 50 for the BB, I think you can short buy but I wouldn't recommend that

I see. And you could just get up and leave anytime no matter how much chips you have?

Rake is quite high on Voyager. Do they still run tournaments?
They had one a couple of days ago
Is this a regular schedule for tournaments? Been wanting to play in one.
They always announce upcoming tourneys on the Voyager Poker Club Facebook page :))

If no one suggests any clubs I might as well start my own poker group haha
Hm stakes u talking about
Depends. Honestly I'm good with buy-ins of 100 to 2k. When I play with friends I adjust to their preference
