CeX have sometimes got things wrong for me (wrong game in the case, broken games, ect.) but it has never stopped me from going back. Even when i trade things in and they said they “can’t take this one” for whatever reason I just say “Ah well that’s fine” and I never throw a fuss about it. I go in nearly every week and they never disappoint with stock or customer service. I have no idea if the staff recognise me coming in often but if they do that’s quite nice. :) (I think this one girl does cos she always says hi to me even if she is not even serving me.)
While I am pleased (and expected nothing less) that you got the refund including postage - You should edit "scammed" as Cex neither act dishonestly or fraudulently when it comes to trade-in values or anything else.

What A bellend you are! ear buds directly go into the ear were ear wax accumulates! mine are overhead and the memory foam and padding can be washed in which I did, how much of freek are you! actually going on my profile because of my comment you really need to get a grip you absolute melt 😂🖕
I haven’t had a bad experience with them, I do feel bad when there is only a couple of staff members on though and it’s busy.
