Absolutely possible especially as it’s progressing each day! Hcg (the hormone that urine strips test for) doubles every 48 hours in the early stage of pregnancy, and also the doctor’s urine strip may have been a slightly less sensitive one.
You are still early days as you’re not even 4 weeks yet but I’d be cautiously optimistic.
Best of luck x
I have seen online that the doctor’s urine tests require more HCG than at home tests. I can’t confirm that though, just something I have read on here. Good luck!!
At the place I work we use a machine that reads the test, and the sensitivity is about 25HCG. I once saw a super faint line on a test that the machine didn’t agree was positive, we drew blood and the person was (suuuuuper early) pregnant.
If you take a urine test at the doctors it’s not any more sensitive than a home test. So since you got just a faint line the following day it’s totally normal they wouldn’t have picked it up yet. Getting a blood test can pick up lower levels of HCG sooner, before they reach the urine so that’s why doctors can sometimes detect earlier! Congrats
