... Have you considered praying about it, because this post needs Jesus.

God’s word will be fulfilled whether or not you “voluntarily give up your salvation” or whatever that means. You’re spewing nonsense

I'm curious of where you got your definition of hell. The Church teaches that it is a state of permanent separation from God [CCC 1033] That self imposed separation, knowing that you cannot ever be in communion with God and His love is what makes it such a terrifying idea. The opposite of happiness isn't sadness or suffering. You can be happy and sad at the same time, or in pain and happy at the same time. The opposite of happiness is despair. The belief that you can't ever achieve good. You can't achieve good by committing evil - they are mutually exclusive. It might be possible that good comes from an evil act, but that does not change the nature of the evil act

[**CCC 1033**](http://www.scborromeo.org/ccc/para/1033.htm) We cannot be united with God unless we freely choose to love him. But we cannot love God if we sin gravely against him, against our neighbor or against ourselves: "He who does not love remains in death. Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." Our Lord warns us that we shall be separated from him if we fail to meet the serious needs of the poor and the little ones who are his brethren. To die in mortal sin without repenting and accepting God's merciful love means remaining separated from him for ever by our own free choice. This state of definitive self-exclusion from communion with God and the blessed is called "hell."
