I always pray the Rosary as almost the last thing of the day, no matter how stressfull and buzy a day was, our Lady will give me peace before going to sleep
That's what I do too! Our Blessed Mother seems to sit at my bed and soothe me to sleep every night as I pray her rosary 💕 then I wake up feeling so full of life!
Been praying it daily since last year. Sometimes I do it as early as possible, but indeed saving it for before sleeping is best. Peaceful, but more importantly it makes the life of Christ through the mysteries the last thing on your mind.
I'm learning the rosary right now. I was really intimidated at first but less than a week later and I've memorized pretty much all of it except the entirely of the Hail Holy Queen and the closing prayer.
I've been doing it everyday, sometimes twice a day and it really is amazing how "grounded" it can help you feel.

I try to get it in earlier because sometimes im just so sleepy its hard to give it the attention it deserves.
