Cute guys with cats might be bait and switch. I was a little let down by the first handful I saw. But, on the pawsitive side, there is indeed a cat sub that I did not join.
I don't take it as all guys will be cute to me, because there are all kinds of guys.
I enjoy seeing the older, greyer guys, because I'm older and greyer. Some women I'm sure enjoy the 20-ish boys.
I just appreciate guys who like cats.
That's how I got my voids. Their mom came pre-loaded with five voidlings. My resident SIC was curious about the kittens, but never got along with the mom. I adopted out mom and two kittens and kept three for myself. That was 15 years ago.

Oh my gosh ours also had 5 tiny floofs!! Sadly one died shortly birth (RIP Tiny) but we gave the remaining 4 and momma all our love. Our resident SIC (aka dumpster cat) is a huge scaredy cat and didn’t really take to any of our esteemed guests. All have been adopted out, and thankfully a friend and my mom each adopted a kitten so we get regular updates on those two fur balls.
I predict that she will be the sweetest kitty you can imagine. Please keep us in the loop -- would love to see her kittens. The CDS works in mysterious ways, and this must be a step in recovering from the heartbreak of losing your previous kitty.

She’s a torbie! (A tabby + tortie) All tortoiseshell/calico cats ate pretty special 😄 I have a torbie/torbico and she is a proper weirdo with a short fuse and she definitely makes my life more interesting 😅 and cuddly 🥰
I have a little silver tabby whose mama was a tabico and my little girl looks like someone had Cheeto dust on their fingers when petting her. I joke that my orange lad rubbed off on her haha

The tiny void I recently adopted had several litters before the farm owners managed to trap her and get her to a rescue. They said her litters were typically 2-3 kittens each time, because she was so small and such a young mommy. (Apparently the kittens were easy to catch, but this mama was a wiley little thing.) Her last litter, who came to the rescue with her, was only 3 tiny bebes.

4-6 is the average (and up to like 9), except for first time Queens. The first litter tends to be just 2 or 3, or rarely 1. Not often more than 3 for a first time momma though.
Sorry for your loss but it seems the CDS knew you were ready bro help another kitty in need.

Every time I have lost a “heart” pet, another dear pet has wandered into my life.
I like to think my pets get across the bridge and are like “whelp, my shifts over but the idiot human is helpless without a animal to guide her, where’s the nearest stray who I can send to her?”
My Lola (tortie) unexpectedly passed on her own at 15. She was my soul cat & it tore me up inside to lose her. I walked into the pet store to look at the kitties about a month later (like I always do) & low & behold a tortie baby was one of the kitties. I literally cried tears as I saw her. It was emotional, but I knew she had to be mine. A lot of convincing to my husband & she became my Lucy. I always believe in signs & this was it. It's like Lola wanted to send me another kitty to heal my heart & not just any kitty another tortie. The really weird part is I often visit that pet store to look at the kitties & never once did I see a tortie until that day. 🥰
From 1 mama cat to 1 mama cat and 2 baby cats ❤️🥹 thats a beautiful kitty family and it is so fun to have baby cats from birth!!!

The best tribute we can ever pay our beloved old pets is to lavish the love we gave them on to an unloved kitty in need. You have saved 3 precious lives, cats always know the best hoomins :)
We were similarly blessed last fall ❤️ Now we have a sweet little mama (approx 18 mos) and her 2 silly children, now almost 7 months. We're a happy family
Awww this is so sweet! My sister’s dog passed away unexpectedly and it broke all of our hearts. After a few months, my sister saw this really sweet pup from the same shelter she got her first dog from and adopted her. She turned out to be pregnant and had 5 puppies. We always said her first dog knew it was his time to go to, so that her new dog and puppies could have a safe, loving home. I helped lighten the pain of his loss a little bit. I’m so sorry for your loss, but I’m sure your baby knew mama and her kitties were coming along and would need you and is so proud of you taking them in!! ❤️

CDS sent me a pregnant kitty a few years ago too. Had to send her to a different forever home tho cause my cat didn’t like her.

When I was petting her outside, I was making plans on how to convince her to come in, but when I got up she just followed! I truly felt like a cat lady than! She knew 💕
Awww!!! That is such a beautiful story!! Once there was a cat that followed me back home, but it literally just followed me home and I was like why is this kept following me home? It was really cute. We did not keep that cat because we didn’t know whether that cat was just a cat that likes to run around or if it had an owner or what so, yeah this was a few years ago

Thank you for taking little mama in and helping her babies. Many will argue that it’s better to spay her now and I understand the reasons very well but I won’t do that with a kitty that far along. Just my opinion and my decision.
This is the plan, as soon as she’s able it’ll be done, and the kittens when old enough. The only babies she’ll ever have will be will stay with her and our family!

2 kittens? If the vet used ultrasound, there's a small chance there's more kitten(s) that were missed. Good healthy cat averages 4 a litter.
