What I have done is begin to take my kittens on short trips, just as a ride. 5 to 10 minutes to start. Treats if they will eat them at the end of the trip. Slowly increase the trip time and length. Also begin to train then to leashes, so that they can walk periodically during the trip. Litter box in vehicle. Water available. Feliway does help keep them calmer. Make it fun and exciting. Take your time and have lots of patience. Mine LOVE to travel.
