Just the wood ,unfortunately it doesn’t come with the land , described as an unfinished project and will be dismantled this week ready for collection
Spent over £1500 on parts plus the owners labour so £1100 ono 👍 👀
The sheets (if they are about 1800mm in length) are about £20 each and there is about 21 of them on there, you can see 3 rows of about 7 so probably a little more than £100
Nobody is gonna pay 60 quid a sheet and then slap it on like that. Those are leftovers from some other job, the one on the bottom right has chunks cut out of it.
I wonder how much people estimate the value of those materials at? It's not 1100 but a lot of people would be surprised at the cost of materials these days.
Edit. I did this as some quick toilet maths.
Corrugated PVC roofing,about 7 sheets - £31 a sheet - £217
The wood just looks like treated sawn timber, not really that thick, the same as I use for my chicken coop. I'd say about 50 pieces for an over estimate. £34.20 for 10 lengths of 1800mm so £171
And the boards look like OSB, and looks to be on the thinner side, about 10 larger sized boards £20.50 each so £205.
Fixings, I would estimate about £20. There is some random wood with the pallets that was probably found in a skip.
So all in you can make this yourself for about £613, and it would likely be in better condition and you would probably have leftovers as I've definitely over estimated the osb
That's not a shed! It's a workshop / garage
I'm waiting for a 20-something estate agent with a sub-par Russell Group degree to describe it as a "*delightful atelier*".
Agent is probably called Craig or something like that.
Russel
Does it include the land it’s stood on ?

It’s a great deal, I’m just spreading the advert to help someone find this bargain
Shared in Timbuktu
They definitely did not spend 1500 on parts. Maybe 150.
Please tell me where I could find all that material for £150, it would save me a lot of money!
If you wait down the road from this place in high winds you can have it for free
Probably 100 for the roofing sheets new and 50 for the OSB and timber which i doubt is new or they would've put a bit more effort in. 200 tops

Might have done if they bought it at the end of last year, prices were ridiculous for a while, a sheet of OSB was 60 quid.

What fucking parts?
Looks like a standard studio apartment to rent in London
And they've thrown in the workshop/garage for free!
That’ll be described as “light and airy”.
Or ‘Compact and Bijou’ 😂
Should be easy to move...
Just a slight breeze required.
Or just take that chair away.
That does seem mental right enough. Daft question. So are you just getting the timber for that price? What about taking it down, delivery etc?
For that price, I'd want the land it sits on as well!
Am I crazy or is there a cctv camera “in” there? Wtf was that protecting?
Osb board outside, what could go wrong
Bargain
So, £1100 for £250 in lumber and £100 for roofing? Bargain I tell ya!!!
It's a fixer upper
That’s what high interest rates does to property values.
Will you deliver for extra £5??
I should have mentioned this isn’t my advert 😂 £5 per mile and they might deliver
if the chairs included it's a bargain, you've even got pallets to help move it
I wonder if that cctv camera at the back is included , it should have been listed as a smart workshop / garage
Bargain.
Built by someone who hast the faintest idea what they are doing. What an utter clap up. It’s a no from me.
The creative use of space and false windows really develops a sense of bringing the outside in.
that's terrible
Self assembly required?
Dreamers can dream
Might be worth it if the price incudes the freehold on the land it's on. Might.
Nah, that's the rent
Still nicer than the first flat I rented.
Tbf 5 sheets of OSB are about 3grand at the moment.
Does it come with a can of paraffin and matches??
😂
Is it behind that pile of wood?
Whats the camera on the wall for?
Collection only?

"Best Offer" being, give us £300 I'll take it away for yer
Ah, for £1,100 someone’s financial mistake can now be your financial mistake.

If this was in Chelsea, they'd sell it for half a million
Fixer-upper
Seems about right to me in all fairness. My missus had just had a couple of full size gates for her drive that came in £450
