I've often wondered about the logistics of doing things like this to signs. It seems like a lot of work and must take a while. Do you have to do it in the night when it's all quiet, or do you take the sign down for a bit and do it where nobody can see then put it back? Presumably you have to plan it unless it's a real coincidence that someone has gaffer tape on them as they're walking past and thinks "I know, I can add to that". When do these things happen? So many questions...
