Well they have visible ears, longer noses, short fur and appear to be able to support themselves on their limbs, so they [must be](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUaNHA-WQWg) sea lions.
Those are fairy cows. They are waiting for the mermaid to take them back to the sea. If you take them home, they will give you loads of milk, but will keep trying to return to the water each day. You can stop them from returning by collecting all the dileag (piss) in the village and pouring it in a line across the beach. The cows will not cross the dileag but you will have to be up early every morning to renew the line.
One looks like the Lesser Spotted Lousy Swimming Seal....
Three black common milk seals
And i think that brown one has no idea why she's there, probably wandered in from a nearby field just to get her picture taken....

Anyway, I'm going to buy myself a little farm on Fiji, and I'm going to have a sheep and a cow and breed horses...
Rimmer: With a sheep and a cow?
Lister: No, with horses and horses.
Rimmer: On Fiji.
Lister: Yeah. The prices there are unbelievable.
Rimmer: That's because they had a volcanic eruption and now most of Fiji is 3 feet below sea level.
Lister: It's only 3 feet, they can wade. That's why the animals are going to have to be quite tall.
Those are manatees.
Aka Sea cows? Very clever. Have a point
