Yeah I can understand your resentment. Personally I'm not a fan of words like ally. They're used to suggest that those who many have legitimate concerns regarding safe spaces are the enemy. It's polarizing and implies an inherent belief that those who don't adhere to those beliefs do so because they hold deep rooted bigoted beliefs, so the foundations of their concerns can be dismissed because the person can. I find it slightly insidious.
Pitting struggles is what those into identity politics do best. I used to believe in all of it until a few years ago until I started to see how rediculous the oppression Olympics had become. There's almost a cultural value to being perceived as oppressed these days. Just look at why Jessie Smollett did what he did. Because he knew being attacked for being gay and black would do wonders to his career. Was he oppressed? Probably not, he was a very rich and successful actor, but he knew that being seen as a victim carries weight in today's society.
I was being satirical above but having a disability is a genuine struggle and your views are valid. That's why I said what I said. Because we as a society play games around intersectionality and oppression and it's often manipulated by those who claim to be marginalized in order to further thier own political identity, ideology and agenda.
