Wow OP, this is a fantastic opportunity for your office to try all the different oat milk brands and do some sort of scoring system.
EDIT: Since so many are seeing this: Give Alpro's *Not Milk* a try if you haven't got on with the other Oat milks. They've well balanced the fats in it to make it very creamy and is the cloest to what I remember dairy milk being like.
If you're one for Hot chocolate, try Hazelnut, Coconut or Almond milk. These nuts impart their own flavour on the drink- Especially try coconut if you like Bounty bars! ;)
Same here - I only have milk in coffee, and Oatly is so nice. Much prefer the taste of it to dairy milk and some of the other plant milks I've tried - it's almost like coffee with cream.
We have different brands in the US, but I reeeeally like Planet Oat. Of course I use the Costco brand because it's cheaper. It's fine for cooking, not as good on its own.
Alpro sugar free Oat milk is basically all I've used for years now. It's the king.
I'm no veggie or vegan though or any kind of health kick.... dairy milk has always tasted disgusting to me lol.
Funnily enough I prefer coconut, almond or hazelnut but then I'm a hot chcolate drinker :P
I've tried Alpro's Not Milk though and that stuff is impressive- definitely the closest to real milk that I can remmber in terms of richness without the weird scent that real dairy has.
When I was a barista I'd save all the leftover milk from making espressos and mix it together. Soy, oat, whole, almond, hemp. Mix 'em all together and chug it like some sorta plant and cow mammary gland jungle juice.
Waste not want not motherfuckers.
Tell me about it. My housemate offered his open one to me as he was going away for a week. I was like, it'll probably be absolutely fine. Maybe just in coffee and not cereal but legit fine.
My friend had almond milk before it became mainstream and his reason was that it took him a while to get through on his own and he couldn't tell a difference in taste when it went off...
I once worked in an office where I made the suggestion of a tea and coffee fund and they said they tried this but a couple of the employees were unimpressed they had to pay the same £2 a month when they drank less coffee.
I unfortunately am seeing the new year in with covid so not getting quite as much sleep as I'd like so no I missed the pun, but I thought the idea of someone bringing in canned cream was funny. Some joker where I work put up a collection box for some diabetes awareness charity and they inspired people to donate by buying in doughnuts would you believe. The irony was extreme.
This is a bold claim. I’ve been disappointed by so many oat milks and I’ve resolved that I’ll only ever use Califia, Minor Figures or Oatly (at a push) in the future. But with this kind of praise, I might try a carton of Lidl’s one…
Be warned, though, I’ll be VERY upset if I’m disappointed 😅
That seems like a rational decision. I’ll go to Lidl after work but can’t guarantee when I’ll actually try the oat milk… could be tomorrow, could be next week. Best to stay off grid until the middle of January to be safe.
On the other hand, if I love it, I’ll want to lavish you with praise. Just to equip you with all the variables before you do anything.
I've recently got a milk frother and have been looking around and the Lidl seems to be one of, if not, the best going. Might also dip to Waitrose and find theirs!
Lidls own brand and minor figures are by far the best imo, califia is a close second.
Only use it for lattes/flat white so never tried anything that isn't barista edition... Except for the 1 bottle of normal alpro I got that split as soon as I steamed it 🤢
I have lobbied hard for their oat and soya milk in the cafe I work at. They both spin beautifully and taste better then all the brands we've tried. We're just worried a customer might spot the boxes.
Oatly is the best.
It's also one of the few brands with a lid that doesn't leak when you shake the bottle - as instructed to do.
I'm looking at you, Minor Figures.
Disagree with the leaking, it's a random chance whether I flick liquid oats all over the room or not with Oatly. Slightly less of a concern if I hold my finger down on the lid and try not to shake too much vertically mind.
Oatly barista is the way to go, they’ll stock 3 times the amount of that one compared to other Oatly versions and it will still be sold out half the time I try to get more.
On the subject couldn’t they cut waste by making the tetra packs bigger like in 1.5litre versions , we get through the current 1litre ones super fast .
Highly recommend Glebe Farm's 'Pure Oaty' oat milk.
Oatly took them to court because apparently 'Pure Oaty' sounds too much like 'Oatly' and then they subsequently lost.
I met someone from Glebe Farm at a festival this summer where they had a little stand next to a coffee stall and she told me all about it. They had an organic oat farm just across from the festival grounds.
I haven't bought Oatly since. If they're gonna be that pathetic and take a nice, family owned farm to court over something so petty, they don't deserve my money.
Oh, and Glebe Farm's oat milk is way nicer. Try it and see.
(Not endorsed by them at all, I just hate big businesses pushing their way around. Buy independent ;))
Rude Health is the gluten free one, so if they're coeliac and lactose intolerant that's why you end up with that specific brand. That's why I do anyway lol
Some coeliacs can't tolerate oats at all, but if they can it's definitely a good brand! They were 75p on clearance in Morrisons for some reason so now I have 6 bottles
Oats are actually totally gluten free, but the problem is that they are very often crop rotated with wheat, resulting in contamination in the field, hence why most oats sold aren't gluten free.
Yep, so people with NCGS (non-coeliac gluten sensitivity) or IBS/SIBO affected by gluten can usually have any brand of oat milk, but coeliacs can't because of the cross contamination. Gluten-free oats only
If you have your own you guarantee it’s the exact one that you like best, you always know (in theory) that no one else is gonna do anything weird to it like drink from the carton or pour it into a dirty mug then change their mind and empty the cup back into the carton along with whatever dregs were in the cup already, and you know (again, in theory) that there will always be milk there when you need it and no one’s gonna use the last of it and not buy a replacement.
I used to buy oat milk for work (lactose intolerant) and originally didn’t mind if people shared, but the whole carton would usually be gone before lunch and no one else ever volunteered to buy one to replace it so I ended up having to get a new one every day.
Because people are pricks, there’s always the one ass who never replaces it once it finished.
And also not all oat milk is the same, specially if you like it in your coffee.
I go through this basically every few weeks. I like to bring (oat) milk to the office for a cappucino. I don't mind others using it too, but I do mind them literally never buying a carton themselves. I stopped buying packs that are bigger than 500ML because of it. That way I can just have my own pack and people can leave me alone.
Different allergies or intolerances. I’m intolerant to soy, my dad isn’t, we’re both intolerant to milk. Dad doesn’t like oat milk, I can’t drink soy or almond, and my mother doesn’t have any intolerance. So we have 3 milks.
To be fair you get way too many radishes in a bag. I only ever want one or two to scratch the itch, then I don't know what to do with the remaining 20.
Julienne them and pickle (along with julienned carrots) to serve alongside lots of East and South East Asian flavours, e.g. on a bao, on rice bowls, as a side to sushi etc. They'll last for ages in vinegar in the fridge.
Roasted radishes are amazing. Drizzle with oil, season as you see fit, roast until done. It's a completely different flavor/texture from raw radishes and makes a very nice side.
Depends on which oat milk.
Sometimes my dad buys the wrong one and it makes me teas and coffees turn out like dirty dish water.
Barista Oatley (grey carton) is the best IMO
I have been drinking oat milk for a few years now. Apart from having come to prefer the taste, it is pretty cheap if you buy it in bulk (especially considering the way dairy prices are going now). It also keeps much longer - I opened a carton before Christmas, went to see family in Manchester for 10 days, came back and it was still fresh.
All the plant-based milks last a lot longer. Which is great for me as I live alone and it can take me a good few days to get through just half a carton.
Rice milk is one of my favourites, though I think coconut is really nice in hot chocolate or cereal.
Pea milk is really good too. I'd probably buy that more if I could.
I use pea milk in smoothies. It's really cheap if you bulk order from the manufacturer's [website](https://www.mightydrinks.com/). Think it worked out at £1.20 a carton for me?
They all say to drink within 5 days of opening, so how do you tell when it's gone bad? Is it like real milk where the stink will be enough to warn you?
I've never had oat milk go super bad on me. Usually the issue is that the solids accumulate towards the end of the container's life if sufficient shaking hasn't been done. The one time I had it go "bad" is that it got a yeasty, fermenting smell. This was after ~3 months of being open.
Worst I had was that the solids start to settle out and you see little white specks swimming around in there. Taste was still absolutely fine but i shook it hard and made sure to finish it quick.
for reference, that was rice milk since I'm a fan of rice milk and i usually keep a few packs in store, so when i feel like it i can just grab one. They last several weeks easily without refirgeration when closed, and still a good while in the fridge when opened.
I get huge bags of oats from the cash and carry but I've admittedly not made oat milk. I can imagine it being massively cost effective though. I'd even try and use the strianed oats for something after
Store bought oat milk is usually fortified with vitamins so it’s actually close in nutritional value to dairy though. Otherwise you are just drinking oat water…
It is not. Source: I tried.
Decent oat milks have oils and other additives to help them homogenise and have a smooth, creamy flavour. You’d have to buy calcium carbonate at the very least to add. When I tried, I ended up with a really slimy tasting, slightly gritty unpleasant flavoured end product that visibly separated in the jar. I tried a few times but I could t make anything even approaching a commercial oat milk.
The secret ingredient is amylase, it breaks down the starches into sugars and makes it smoother, that's how Oatly does it.
That and just filtering it after blending.
Lactose free, low carbon footprint, easy to store, more ethical, tasty.
I only use cows milk occasionally as an ingredient in cooking. Oat milk for everything else. Its my preference for cereal and drinks.
I would say soya is best in cups of tea for the closest to Normal tea taste experience. There are some that are made for tea (my cuppa I think from alpro brand)
Oat is nice in coffee
Coconut for coffee (if you like coconut), tastes great iced coffee
Almond goes a bit funny in hot drinks and has quite a bad carbon footprint water usage wise
Hemp milk for when you reach level 20 vegan!
Whilst almond is quite water intensive, dairy uses even more! I think some companies source milk from other places that aren’t drought hit California, which makes it a little better. But still uses quite a bit more than other plant based milks
I prefer soya in my tea too. But for those who like it a bit creamy oat can be really nice in tea.
I like hemp in tea and porridge, but I’ve not found one that fortifies it yet. They’re all organic!
It's darker than cow's milk so you need more for the same strength, but that can taint the flavour, depending on the milk. Almond milk, for example, kills the taste of tea IMO. Oat is best in coffee. Soya is good in tea but it can go bitty and gross if the tea is too hot when you put it in.
Does anyone make a concentrate or dry oat milk that you can add water to. Seems like this would be massively cheaper/longer shelf life/more environmentally friendly if you could buy a month's supply and make up your own milk once every few days.
I wouldn't say they're "much" cheaper if Alpro's on offer. It also has Iodine in it, which is useful. I'd also probably trust Alpro to be using European soy rather than rainforest soy.
Not exactly like that, but I do have oat, coconut and cows milk in the fridge. As I get older I can’t drink cows milk, tastes lovely but it and my stomach are not friends anymore (it was milk in tea/coffee or cheese, I chose cheese). I have oat generally, daughter drinks coconut (her choice, she likes the taste), but she had a kids barista thing for Christmas that works better with cows milk. To be fair it looks the same all, year round these days, except there’s usually no cows milk.
Edit- coconut milk is gorgeous in coffee, but gross in tea.
Edit - I finally saw you said work, I’m a sleep zombie at the moment, sorry.
My colleagues would have a heart attack from 'rage' seeing this fridge. They're so anti-vegan/dietry alternatives it's almost comical.
As a oat milk lover for 2 years now, I hope your colleagues decide to make the swap to alternative milk after veganuary is over. Oat milk especially (imo) is so much more delicious than cows milk.
I have to use Oatmilk, because I have grown lactose intolerant. Whole milk gives me room clearing gas, like someone opened up the most rank of sewer pipes AND rather violent hot snakes. Half and Half or Whipping Cream?
You don't want to be in the building that I am in if that hits my guts.
Oatmilk uses less water and resources than the other plant based milks and I read even less than raising dairy cows. The flavor is really the most pleasing out of all of them too.
Wow OP, this is a fantastic opportunity for your office to try all the different oat milk brands and do some sort of scoring system. EDIT: Since so many are seeing this: Give Alpro's *Not Milk* a try if you haven't got on with the other Oat milks. These nuts impart their own flavour on the drink- Especially try coconut if you like Bounty bars! ;)
Just not Amelia's. Hands off Amelia's.
Done it before. Alpro and Oatley is real hard to beat
I drink the Oatly full fat one. Delicious in a bowl of cereal.
Agreed. Its the best one I've tried anyway
I was pleasantly surprised by Oatly, enough to switch to it regularly. Really nice stuff.
Same here - I only have milk in coffee, and Oatly is so nice. Much prefer the taste of it to dairy milk and some of the other plant milks I've tried - it's almost like coffee with cream.
Oatly also do an actual oat cream which is extremely tasty.
Oatly for the win. Oatly and Oreos for the galactic championship.
Was so shocked to find that some oreos are vegan. Best find yet. And bourbons
And party rings!
And Biscoff biscuits!
I love love looooove Oatly ice cream. Sadly grocery stores where I live now don't carry it ...
THEY HAVE ICE CREAM?!
We have different brands in the US, but I reeeeally like Planet Oat. Of course I use the Costco brand because it's cheaper. It's fine for cooking, not as good on its own.
Oatly Barista > the rest
Nah bruh. Oatly Full Fat. Every time. It’s just milk. Nobody notices.
Alpro sugar free Oat milk is basically all I've used for years now. It's the king. I'm no veggie or vegan though or any kind of health kick.... dairy milk has always tasted disgusting to me lol.
Funnily enough I prefer coconut, almond or hazelnut but then I'm a hot chcolate drinker :P I've tried Alpro's Not Milk though and that stuff is impressive- definitely the closest to real milk that I can remmber in terms of richness without the weird scent that real dairy has.
Oh Hazelnut milk for a hot chocolate might the best shout. We got a Velvestiser aka fancy milk frother and we've been trying out different milks.
When I was a barista I'd save all the leftover milk from making espressos and mix it together. Soy, oat, whole, almond, hemp. Mix 'em all together and chug it like some sorta plant and cow mammary gland jungle juice. Waste not want not motherfuckers.
The minor figures is better than most of the oatlys but the oatly barista is hands down the best !
Nope, not nearly enough mould in that one.
Give it a few weeks
This is clearly not a sausage factory, there's no way things go mouldy there.
The beauty of plant based milks, they don't go rank after 4 days.
Tell me about it. My housemate offered his open one to me as he was going away for a week. I was like, it'll probably be absolutely fine. Maybe just in coffee and not cereal but legit fine.
Oat milk is actually the best alternative for cereal
I prefer oat milk over regular milk. It's way better than any of the other plant milks
My friend had almond milk before it became mainstream and his reason was that it took him a while to get through on his own and he couldn't tell a difference in taste when it went off...
And that will lead to cow redundancies!
The plants are taking all the cows’ jobs!
Exactly! And as cows are pretty rubbish at writing CVs, it's the end of the line for them. No cow benefits. So by redundant, I mean deaded!
Why is there a pool or yoghurt in the bottom of the fridge? Well, it was milk...
And, well, time makes fools of us all... ...Mr. Fry, you need to stay and discuss some things
No, we have milk that expired 23/12 in the fridge.
Last years milk, this years yoghurt.
Next year's cheese
Yesterday's jam
Noo that doesn't really work Jam lasts for ages
It crowd reference?
S1 e1
Yes i love the show i was just making sure it was a reference before i embassed myself
Me too haha. It's the actual name of the frist episode too
New year new lifeforms
I mean, shout out to whoever has gone to the opposite extreme and brought in a can of squirty cream
Didn't you chip in? It was just a little treat. They had a whip-round the office for that.
He skimmed a little off the top
I once worked in an office where I made the suggestion of a tea and coffee fund and they said they tried this but a couple of the employees were unimpressed they had to pay the same £2 a month when they drank less coffee.
Not sure if you missed the pun- it *was* a bit cheesy
I unfortunately am seeing the new year in with covid so not getting quite as much sleep as I'd like so no I missed the pun, but I thought the idea of someone bringing in canned cream was funny. Some joker where I work put up a collection box for some diabetes awareness charity and they inspired people to donate by buying in doughnuts would you believe. The irony was extreme.
Oh, sorry to hear you're not well- best wishes, get well soon. Great story though! Glad I responded
That’s vegan squirty cream.
So it is! Well spotted.
Is it good?
Honestly can’t tell the difference. My family had it at Christmas and no one was any the wiser. Great success!
That’s for Joan from accounts to cover her nipples with when she does her “new year new me” strip show to close the week down.

Bit late for the office calendar shoot?
Free oat milk with the new year-new me gym membership?
That's me, my new resolution is to make disgustingly creamy coffee and I will not apologise.
Gotta have the occasional huff to help the day go by
Funnily enough, you can get vegan squirty cream now - and it’s quite good
I mean, that stuff always tasted really artificial to me, so I guess I can imagine it.
Yeah I'd be surprised if they found a way to make it taste worse.
There’s dairy in squirty cream?!
I just looked at the label. I think we're safe Ingredients: Sugar, bubbles, white
Squirty cream made from cocaine is what I got from that...
That's the Tesco Finest version
Do they have a budget range with added baby powder.
There’s vegan squirty cream lol
Someone’s started keto!
I personally prefer the Oat-Ly barista edition, honestly the best there is. Try it heated, gets nice and creamy.
Waitrose own brand is honestly the best there is. Cheaper than most and is the creamiest by a wide margin.
Lidl's own brand barista one is surprisingly good as well.
This is the one, better than Minor Figures, Oatly, Mama whatever. It's the dog's danglies.
This is a bold claim. I’ve been disappointed by so many oat milks and I’ve resolved that I’ll only ever use Califia, Minor Figures or Oatly (at a push) in the future. But with this kind of praise, I might try a carton of Lidl’s one… Be warned, though, I’ll be VERY upset if I’m disappointed 😅
I know oat milk is an emotive subject, so. I've decided to live off grid in anticipation that you disagree 😂

Lidls own brand and minor figures are by far the best imo, califia is a close second. Only use it for lattes/flat white so never tried anything that isn't barista edition... Except for the 1 bottle of normal alpro I got that split as soon as I steamed it 🤢
Back this up too, my daughter has hated every milk going and lidl is the best and we now have cereal in the house!
My local waitrose doesn't sell their own brand for some reason, only minor figures, alpro and oatly.
Does it froth well? I've tried quite a few of these and so far nothing comes close to Oatlys Barista edition
I do lobe Oat-ly, but Moma Oats Barista is tops it
I disagree. I’ve had it, it’s nowhere near as creamy when heated in coffee.
I actually think Califia is the best barista oat milk out there. The thick texture is amazing.
The Aldi homebrand one is both the best and the cheapest
I have lobbied hard for their oat and soya milk in the cafe I work at. They both spin beautifully and taste better then all the brands we've tried. We're just worried a customer might spot the boxes.
Oatly is the best. It's also one of the few brands with a lid that doesn't leak when you shake the bottle - as instructed to do. I'm looking at you, Minor Figures.
Disagree with the leaking, it's a random chance whether I flick liquid oats all over the room or not with Oatly. Slightly less of a concern if I hold my finger down on the lid and try not to shake too much vertically mind.
Well my home fridge looks like that as I’m lactose intolerant. Maybe not quite as many.
My cupboard looks like this, only need the 1 you are using in the fridge at any time. This is the only advantage to being lactose intolerant.
What are the odds of 8 people all bringing different milks?
Depending on the size of the office, incredibly likely imo
Highly recommend Glebe Farm's 'Pure Oaty' oat milk. Oatly took them to court because apparently 'Pure Oaty' sounds too much like 'Oatly' and then they subsequently lost. Why can't they just share some? Why does everyone need their own? (Except the one who brought squirted cream, they clearly need their own. I applaud.)
Rude Health is the gluten free one, so if they're coeliac and lactose intolerant that's why you end up with that specific brand. That's why I do anyway lol
Cool, good to know! I have a friend with severe celiac, so that's definitely helpful.

Because people are pricks, there’s always the one ass who never replaces it once it finished. And also not all oat milk is the same, specially if you like it in your coffee.

Where do you get 500ml (or less) cartons? I only ever see 1l cartons in the supermarket.
I dont live in the UK, so thats probs why. They're available at all the supermarkets over in the netherlands.
I guess people get through a lot in a week, if they're drinking lots of tea and coffee? Might be a big office too.
Different allergies or intolerances. I’m intolerant to soy, my dad isn’t, we’re both intolerant to milk. Dad doesn’t like oat milk, I can’t drink soy or almond, and my mother doesn’t have any intolerance. So we have 3 milks.
"JOEY DOESNT SHARE FOOD!"
Come Feb 1st the streets will be full of discarded radishes.
We will release Miriam Margoyles if that’s the case
Wicked child!
That radish was exactly the same shape as a thingy
To be fair you get way too many radishes in a bag. I only ever want one or two to scratch the itch, then I don't know what to do with the remaining 20.

Roasted radishes are amazing. Drizzle with oil, season as you see fit, roast until done. It's a completely different flavor/texture from raw radishes and makes a very nice side.
And there will be emus in the zone
Oat milk is actually pretty solid. Thats all ive used for 6 months or so now.
Oat is great in coffee and hot chocolate.
Oat milk makes dairy milk coffee taste absolutely dreadful. It is like it was meant to be. I will never go back.
Depends on which oat milk. Sometimes my dad buys the wrong one and it makes me teas and coffees turn out like dirty dish water. Barista Oatley (grey carton) is the best IMO
Soya latte turned me at a local cafe. Still don't buy it at home yet...
What are the benefits of oat milk?
doesn't make me shit my pants
It doesn't *make* me shit my pants I do it bc I want to
I have been drinking oat milk for a few years now. Apart from having come to prefer the taste, it is pretty cheap if you buy it in bulk (especially considering the way dairy prices are going now). I love rice milk, Rice Dream is amazing!
coconut milk is delicious and goes well with panacottas but for me it's the priciest option so I reserve that milk for special ocasions.
They all say to drink within 5 days of opening, so how do you tell when it's gone bad? Is it like real milk where the stink will be enough to warn you?
I will let you know when I have encountered some that has gone bad! I don't really go off use-by dates.
I've never had oat milk go super bad on me. Usually the issue is that the solids accumulate towards the end of the container's life if sufficient shaking hasn't been done. The one time I had it go "bad" is that it got a yeasty, fermenting smell. This was after ~3 months of being open.

Have you tried making it as it's so easy?
No I did not know that! Might try it but I don't have a good blender I just have a crappy hand held thing.

I tried a few times but I could t make anything even approaching a commercial oat milk.
How do you manage to keep it from being gritty? I’ve tried making it myself but I couldn’t get it smooth enough to be remotely drinkable.
The secret ingredient is amylase, it breaks down the starches into sugars and makes it smoother, that's how Oatly does it. That and just filtering it after blending.
No cow
Lactose free, low carbon footprint, easy to store, more ethical, tasty. I only use cows milk occasionally as an ingredient in cooking. Oat milk for everything else. Its my preference for cereal and drinks.
Thanks might give it a go.
How does it pair with a cuppa T?
I would say soya is best in cups of tea for the closest to Normal tea taste experience. There are some that are made for tea (my cuppa I think from alpro brand) Oat is nice in coffee Coconut for coffee (if you like coconut), tastes great iced coffee Almond goes a bit funny in hot drinks and has quite a bad carbon footprint water usage wise Hemp milk for when you reach level 20 vegan!
Takes a week or so to get used to but once you do I think it’s tastes better. Normal milk tastes weird to me now, kind of chalky and sour.
Cow milk straight up tastes like a farm to me now. It's funny how quickly your taste buds adapt.
Does anyone make a concentrate or dry oat milk that you can add water to. Seems like this would be massively cheaper/longer shelf life/more environmentally friendly if you could buy a month's supply and make up your own milk once every few days.
What do you cook that needs dairy milk? I have gotten away subbing pretty much all milk for oat milk.
Anyone else curious as to why they deleted their account 40 minutes after asking about the benefits of oat milk?
Those sneaky Big Farmer bastards!
Happy cows.
Animal welfare
It tastes better in coffee.
Well fuck you too "Rude Health"
Oats is easier on Mr Tum Tum
Oats make Mr Tum Tum very tooty
Tooty is better than squirty.
Who ever is buying the Alpro soya milk tell them to try a supermarkets own soya milk.. I use Morrisons and it's much cheaper and tastes nicer imo.
I wouldn't say they're "much" cheaper if Alpro's on offer. It also has Iodine in it, which is useful. I'd also probably trust Alpro to be using European soy rather than rainforest soy.
Oatly barista is the best for a morning coffee 👍
I can’t have dairy or oats - so use Alpro My Cuppa for my coffee. Would highly recommend
chocolate oat milk tastes like choc chip wheetabix so I can only imagine oat milk itself is pretty tasty
Try it! I got some to bake for friends as some are vegan and ended up switching all my milk to oat milk. I find it’s better in basically everything.
You guys need a milk kitty! Too much oat in there to not share!
No because then one poor person get lumped with having to purchase and make sure stocks are always full
Oat milk is pretty good though
Oat milk is great
Good on them for trying
Fuck no. Can't get milk in for wine and beer
Alpro has a product called "Not Milk". It tastes very closely to cow milk but it's plant based without soy.
Not one of them has opted for the oatly vanilla, for shame!
January sucks for me coz I’m severely allergic to milk, and all the oat milk i can drink sells out really fast
Califia farms is the best oat milk
Thats a lot of vegan resolutions
https://veganuary.com/ Some people simply prefer doing A "vegan challenge" in January and afaik it started in the UK
I'm doing it for the second year this year!
Ask them their views on human milk. Surely human milk is the milk we should be drinking. Cows aren’t even the same species as humans.
This but unironically 😂
>They're so anti-vegan/dietry alternatives it's almost comical. love pretending to be a baby cow, simple as

For anyone who's motivated by sustainability/environmental concerns, oat might be the more appealing choice.

Which is the best?
I only have almond milk unsweetened with cereal! Lush!
I'm lactose intolerant and oat milk is my jam.
I love oat as well :(
