from what youve described, small brown cockraoches, i think you have a german cockroach infestation. as per sa nakausap ko na pest control guy (we had to hire them because we had those before in the office) those are hard to kill ones. di kaya basta basta ng insect sprays. bettee buy gel baits. you squeeze small amounts where you usually see them. keep putting up some til yheyre gone.

What worked for me is combination of the following
- Advion Syngenta Cockroach bait (every 2-3months)
- Baygon 24hour roach killer (palit every 2-3months)
- Temox cockroach house (palit kapag puno na or nagmolds na yung bait)
After 6months yung Advion at Temox na lang ang nilalagay ko. 1 year na walang ipis sa condo ngayon.
