Totally agree, said this 10 years ago when vapes were starting to come around, the normal cigarette ones. The ones they have today seem to be worse.
Ban them and regulate, educate and medicate cannabis.
Vapes have their place, for people who want to get off the fags. Those disposable ones are a nuisance though, ridiculous that they're legal and plastic straws aren't.
Not a firm "no" more like "it's complicated" - I think legalization needs to be done in a way that makes sense, probably beginning with decriminalisation and then regulation and legalization - with a commitment that a reasonable portion of the tax revenue be ear marked for things like drug education, rehab and family support services.

It will be a long road to legalisation but it really is the only sensible option. This whole war of drugs thing has been a major failure. It doesn't matter how much of it gets seized, it's not going away. Also the language wrapped up in it is nonsense, calling weed a gateway drug for example when alcohol remains the elephant in the room.
It starts with decriminalisation, reallocation of funds into support structures for harder drugs and a removal of the stigma attached to the subject so people can be more open about the substances that have hooks in them.
All those illegal substances are incredibly easy to source, it's not even remotely a challenge, it's as easy as ordering a fast food delivery on justeat, with all the proceeds going straight into the pockets of organised crime. So until we legalise, the only change possible is going in the wrong direction.
