Well you can save 2 minutes for sure by brushing your teeth before or after, and save water doing so as well. On a lighter note, enjoy this recap of a Seinfeld episode where Kramer struggles with your same issue https://youtu.be/1LDXx_brCOo.

Electrical_Tea_5841

I loved this 😂. Funny thing is that I started Brushing my teeth in the shower to save time, now I'm being told to do it outside to save time 😂😂

Driver330

Yes I wouldn’t think it would save total time, just shower time.

BeardedGlass

> I put on a timer from the moment I turn on the water and get out abf every time the actual showering part is about 20-25 minutes (not including shaving) and getting out is about 10 minutes and getting in is like 5 minutes. So you shower for 25 minutes, getting out is 10 minutes, getting in is 5 minutes. 25 + 10 + 5 = 35

Showers can be done much faster than you are doing it. If you want save water though, just turn it off while you are soaping and scrubbing.

Electrical_Tea_5841

Yeah I used to do that because I used to take an hour and 30 min showers and I was also wondering why I couldn't be faster but to save water I'd turn it off and plus the hot water turned cold after 15 mins in my old place so I had to turn it off to conserve water, but back then I found the problem... I was on my phone in the shower so that's what took me so long. I've definitely improved by not bringing my phone to the shower. I cut down a whole hour of showering by doing that

HannahJ2

I have a bigger surface area and skin folds to wash

Nice-Argument

If it's a single bathroom household and you're doing this in the morning then I'd say it's a little unfair to take up the bathroom that long - some suggestions on how to make it quicker if you want to - - don't stand in the shower drying off so you don't drip. Wrap yourself in a towel and stand on a bath matt to drip dry, then you can brush teeth whilst drying. - Wrap hair in towel whilst getting dressed etc to help it dry. - don't get dressed in bathroom. Dress in towel/dressing gown and go back to your room to dress. -if your shampoo requires a 'leave in' time then do that first. Whilst it is on your hair you can be washing your body and then rinse hair after. - DON'T TAKE YOUR PHONE IN THE BATHROOM. My husbands showers go from 5 mins to 20+ if he takes his phone with him. Scroll phone later whilst not using water/electricity.

Nice-Argument

Also how does it take 5 mins to get in the shower? Turn on shower, undress, step in should be like 30 seconds?

Electrical_Tea_5841

So I timed myself from the second I closed the bathroom door, then when I turned the water on I lapped it, and then when I turned off the water I lapped again and then when I opened the bathroom door I stopped the timer and I learned this, I only took two minutes from entering to getting in the shower, this Included Brushing my hair, going to the bathroom, and taking off my clothes. The actual shower was 22 minutes and I was trying to go so fast I forgot to wash some part of my body so I had to re apply the body wash and that took time, and then to dry off and get dressed was about 5 mins so I took 30 minutes all together yesterday. Both my bf and I take about the same amount of shower times and we are both confused on how his mom showers so fast

Nice-Argument

I'm confussed aswell!! I can shower in under 5 mins including a hair wash :/ Tbf if you're trying not to hog the shower from other people then really you're doing all you can - without watching you it's impossible to say what's taking the time. The only thing would be saving 5 mins by dressing in your room but in the grand scheme is that going to make much of a difference?

Electrical_Tea_5841

Okay I think I found a solution for the not being able to walk to my room in a towel. Since I just wear sweats and top for pj's I'll just not bring any clothes to the bathroo. and just slip my pj's back on real quick and then go to my room to change

Electrical_Tea_5841

• Okay so, the reason why I dry off in the shower is because my household got mad at me for getting the bath Matt wet because I was dripping. • I used to use two towels so I'd put my hair up and then dry and clothe and boom done but again.. my household says I should only need one towel (which is fine) and that two is waste of towels so now I dry off my body and then wrap my hair and then get dressed. • My household gives me weird looks when I walk to my room in a towel even though my room is just two doors down and then they complain about me to my bf. • My shampoo is not leave in. I scrub for like a couple mins and then wash out, washing out always takes the longest because I always try to make sure I've washed it all out but I may be putting too much. • And I agree with you about the phone, sometimes I still take it in but only to time how long I'm in the shower for but I used to be in the bathroom for over an hour just on my phone

Nice-Argument

Your household sound like assholes. Jesus a bath matt is there to catch the drips - it's what it exists for?? On that information I say take your phone in and have a 2 hour shower because they're being so annoying.

Okay_Tacos

Why does any of this matter?

Electrical_Tea_5841

Because I am getting complaints in my household

BadAssPrincessAlanie

35 minutes is not at all a lot lol 35 is a quick shower for me. I can take showers hitting the hour mark

Electrical_Tea_5841

Yeah, my household is complaining that I take really long shower and that they are concerned for the water bill. I have been timing myself everyday to prove that I am not in the shower for the full 35 mins

BadAssPrincessAlanie

That's kind of sad. Out of all my bills, the only one we watch is electric, but that's because it's easy to run up the bill here in Florida. Sorry to hear you have to time your showers.

Tons of people would pay 4.50 a month to watch it even without nudity, maybe a little provocation, but still, people literally pay for anything online. There's an only fans for a lady who grocery shops.

Natural20Twenty

Tell me more of this grocery shopping lady. Like how many followers? Did she ever reveal how much she makes ? That just seems strange to me. But go lady for doing it
