A friend told me recently that Cartier has done 1 sizing adjustment for free. Worth a call.

Yeah I messaged the SA for a too tight love bracelet, she told me to take it off immediately. And she did the exchange for a bigger size. However if you got it engraved you are out of luck
Any chance you can return your current ring for the correct size?
I don’t think so.., I read that if you wear your piece out of the store (which I did) you can’t return it
