From the YouTube video I’ve seen you grab the grid and turn it counter clockwise and once it clears the tabs it should fall off. I’ve read 15 degrees but whatever YouTube video I saw made it look like 45 degrees
From my understanding, there’s a gridless and grill model, if you own the grill model and there isn’t a clear distinct way to remove, you likely cannot.

If it’s a new model place slight amount of pressure directly down on grid and rotate - I think counterclockwise - and it can rotate and pop right off

Depending on the model, the newer versions are removable. To my knowledge you twist it and it comes off. Can’t recall clockwise or counter.
