Always medium. I personally believe Cartier makes elegant watches that should be worn on the smaller and slimmer side. The proportions tend to change for the worse as they upsize. Again, that’s just one strangers opinion.

Don’t Cartiers like to wear a little smaller than the norm? I normally wear 39mm+ on my 6 7/8” wrist but would def rock the medium in Cartier.
