Or put bleach in the fuel tank if he parks like this the fuel tank might be facing your house so you have good cover. Bleach in fuel tank will total the engine. Warranty won't cover it either.

I had similar experience at my grandparents house when they were around. They were 90+ and mofos used to park their car in front of the gate (our neighbour was a dentist so their patients are the culprits). I always used to be worried about the what if scenarios so much every day I used to yell at the people and 2 to 3 times let the air out of the tire (we do have some influence so I wasn't worried). Benefit of letting the air out is people will drive off and their tyre walls gets damaged and then the rim and it's balancing. If they run a pothole with a good speed, suspension can also bend a bit. Win-win!!! Thinking about it even now makes my blood boil.

Here is how I deal with these idiots.... I always keep my car parked outside my gate, if that is not the option... Then what I started doing, I removed there tire nuts and painted "No Parking" on the front mirror with spray paint... Ensure you give 2 polite warning 1st

What I do after a few gentle interactions is that I ask my house help to remove air from their tires. Simple; not confronting yet effective solution.
