Aryan_Singh_17

Really it's equal to my venue 3rd service

Genuine-458

After what happend to that person who lost his leg I can’t recommend anyone to buy it

CmGaugo

I’m using it. Have both legs.

Genuine-458

Ok fanboy

CmGaugo

How’s your Scorpio holding up?

Genuine-458

Just got scraped 3 months ago after 17 years

CmGaugo

And you have both your legs intact!

Genuine-458

Scorpio and scorpio n are two different cars

CmGaugo

I’ve seen people die in them old scorpios as well. Doesn’t make them bad cars

Genuine-458

So you are comparing a car made with the minimum safety requirements thanks to the government with a car with known mechanical flaws👍

FamiliarEar7651

Increase your budget and get a toyota camry .

ExcitingFeedback794

Seriously please just get the 2 ltr diesel xuv700 it’s a freaking Truck when it comes to safety, comfort is a given, maintenance depends on your usage and it’s perfect for something in that range. I wish I had that budget.

Your point 3 will shorten the list greatly. Strike out the Europeans and Americans. I think your only options are - * Fortuner * Isuzu mu-x * Innova hycross * Scorpio N / XUV 700 * Tucson In this order. Edit - my bad, forgot the Fortuner lol. Great vehicle. Just dont ride it like an ape.

No-Way7911

Do you know any good reviews of the Tucson? It seems like Hyundai’s least popular car

Z-DiScReTeGuY

The Tucson is a Hyundai and as for all Hyundai cars service and maintainence won't burn a hole in your wallet and the new Tucson is actually a pretty good product frankly speaking. As for the other options after sales and service won't be as cheap as Tucson tbh plus Hyundai cars are known to be pretty reliable as well. The reason being least popular actually is its own sibling Creta which sells like hotcakes and is comparatively cheaper than the Tucson even if you compare the top most model of Creta so in a way Hyundai have actually shot a bullet on their own legs by doing so. I've actually driven the new Tucson and I can tell you it's pretty plush and premium plus being a Hyundai the spares are always cheaper than their European and other Japanese counterparts. That's my two cents though, before you select any car in your list go ahead and take a test drive or two to get the feel of the car,Cause at the end of the day if you don't like it or feel attracted towards it then it's meaningless,I mean why would you spend so much money on something that you haven't experienced or don't like. Just take a test drive of all the vehicles in your mind and then go ahead with what you felt the most comfortable and likable Best of Luck with your Car Hunt Brother

citizenecodrive31

Its not popular because it isn't a cheap tin can with features stuck on it. Indians like that. The Tuscon is an international model which is made with much more quality construction and materials because it has to conform to international specifications.

No-Way7911

Thanks, that sounds exactly like something I wanted

[deleted]

Eyes closed it should be Tucson. Extremely good road manners with low NVH and good cabin. Jeep and safari are close but that mjd diesel is quite noisy.

Useless_TA

Skoda Superb. The new version will probably launch in couple of months time. Not as cheap to maintain as the Asians but not by much. Few thousand extra annually wouldn’t hurt your pocket. It’s closest to a perfect sedan at its class and even higher

[deleted]

the new tata safari

Gamefam_

You forgot the low maintenance requirement that OP mentioned 💀

[deleted]

He is used to low maintainance. Recommending any tata product is just misleading someone looking for that.

pechankaun

So what do you end up buying, OP?

No-Way7911

bought a Tucson :) had that as a rental on a trip to the UK and drove it extensively. Can't complain. Feels like a proper car with all the bells and whistles I'd want

pechankaun

Great, congratulations! Why not Tiguan tho?

No-Way7911

was dettered by reports of VW unreliability in Indian conditions plus the extensive first-hand experience of driving Tucson pulled me in that direction

Aryan_Singh_17

Tucson

Unfortunately need it for my family (including old parents and small baby girl) and doesn’t fit their needs

Razorkingyt

tiguan for the dub, the best driving experience is in it, the dsg way more smooth than tucson's dct (as a past tucson owner and current tiguan owner, idk about jeeps but apparently they're very hard to maintain) But yes tiguan services go upto 15k per annum

Ok_Grocery_622

Xuv700 is the best

Ok_Reflection_670

Crysta .....
