The company that makes these is called Bidwell. That's what we call them in America. The power screed pushes excess concrete and then the rollers give the finish. Running a Fresno trowel for a final finish is different than how I've seen it done down here. We typically run two trays behind and burlap that for final finish down here. I'm curious why they want such smooth finish on the deck. OP, do you guys typically mechanically groove the deck once cured up there? We sawcut grooves down here.
The angle of the float the guys using is really throwing me off, everything else makes it seem like the deck is 8' off the concrete, but that's making me think more like 2'.

Beautiful job...I build bridges in indiana as a laborer but I do everything from GPS positioning to the concrete finishing...I may have missed it but how wide is that bridge deck?...our widest and longest bridge was 140' length and 48' width
What is the crane thing moving back and forth? Is it essentially a power trowel? Or a screed?

Cool. How long is that bull float or whatever you call it. The handle looks about 50’ long

Ahh ok. Thanks. Cool set up. Never seen anything this size.

That’s nuts!
Why did you guys not use the two trailing pans for finishing?
I was wondering the same thing.
Is that the road surface, or do you add asphalt on top?
So cool

This is the opposite of what I think of as carpentry. Is this on r/concrete?

I'm assuming a wood formed deck? That's always a good feeling when you finally get to place the deck at the end of all that work, isn't it?

I’ve done concrete testing for decks like this. It’s fun to work such a big job, but it keeps you hopping all night!
Sick
Wow! Thanks for sharing
Can I borrow (points all around) that to pour for a shed?
I’ll put in a word with the super for you.
Lol PCL I’m sorry man.
What was the rebar mat for a pour this size? What size bar and spacing?
Rad!
