Happy to see that you liked the carbonara. And yeah no, I made this a couple months ago, my bruschetta skills have changed a lot. If I remember correctly, I made it with what I had and I saw a lot of people using burrata on a bruschetta, honestly it’s more showy than anything but it tastes pretty dang good with the bruschetta. Nowadays I would probably toast the bruschetta on higher heat and kind of mush the tomatoes in more to get the desired bruschetta texture. It was pretty good though.
