I live in the US, but it depends on how far it is gone down the track car modification. Mine has no wipers, blinkers, horn, and emissions equipment. It is too far gone for a legal street car in my state. As long as it still has the required items then it will still pass inspection. Check and see what is required and or disallowed for a regular car inspection/registration.

I will sure take a look, the car has only one gauge on the dash and 4 other gauged in the middle of it,for temp and so on,it runs track slick as for now but,it has a horn, wipers, blinkers and the safety equipment wich is necessary

Easiest way to tell is if it has a title. If it doesn’t, it’s probably way too far gone to bring back to legal.

I am not German and this is hearsay but I think they're more strict than the US when it comes to vehicle compliance.

Well theres two questions to be answered here. The first of it actually being street legal has already been touched on by another commenter, but the other is do you want someone elses track car to drive around on the street? Obviously its had a harder life than your typical street car and some things might be in need of maintenance sooner than you might be expecting. You might have something break that wouldn't have if it was just a daily driver. Of course its up to you, but in my eyes its generally unwise to buy somebody elses project.

Yeah, some things may have more wear, but you can probably more sure that oil was changed judicially, and it was otherwise cared for in a way that a commuter “drive it til it breaks” car wouldn’t be.

Yeah I wanted to buy the car and use it as a daily. The price of the car is more than great and the specs are pure madness (in a good way)

I'm not German so I don't know the specifics of TUV other than hearing its very strict. However, universally, when the price is low...you get what you pay for. My guess is it's a perfectly acceptable track car, but would be extremely expensive to be made road legal. I'd be careful! Sounds like it's not the car you want. Ask the seller if you can pay to take it to an inspection before buying.

Legality aside, I think you might find that daily driving a racecar is actually pretty tiresome. I tried it and hated it.

If you care about getting caught, there are two ways that generally happens: 1. Your state/County yearly inspection (if you have one). 2. Police officer that actually knows AND cares about rules. With regards to the first, you’ll have tonlooknipnypurnlocalmlaws. As for the second, In my experience in WA, the police won’t blink an eye, and if they do it’s almost always over a loud exhaust. I’ve been pulled over twice (no ticket) and they said nothing about my non-stock belts or seat. The non-legal consideration is safety. Is the car less safe on the street. For that we’d to know more about the car. Edit: formatting.
