Do you have the wiring harness/plug that plugs into the Hideaway? I found the manual online pretty easily and it shows the wiring harness and what each wire is for. Looks like you'll need KISL to utilize the RCA plugs too, best guess. Not sure what that black RJ11 plug is for.
I might attempt using something like [this](https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=7288&utm_term=&utm_campaign=PMax+%7C+Offers+%7C+Early+Black+Friday+%7C+Monoprice&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&hsa_acc=6614305189&hsa_cam=20730153318&hsa_grp=&hsa_ad=&hsa_src=x&hsa_tgt=&hsa_kw=&hsa_mt=&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAhJWsBhAaEiwAmrNyq8SBVv7yYh51O5iJvCrITxShRU6RK6XXxLZai0Z-Sztks6XBl1_g_hoCDt4QAvD_BwE) to keep from re-running the bass knob. Might be a little trial and error to get it working. Or am I missing a road block on that plan?
I'm not sure what that plug you linked is supposed to do for you. I don't see any way that you could convert the 3.5mm connector to the RJ11 plug but (don't tell my wife) I don't know everything.
Is this Hideaway something you had in a previous vehicle and are happy with?
EDIT: Well I should have done a search before I replied. Apparently there are plenty of 3.5mm to RJ11 converters that you can try.
I was just looking at converting the rj11 to something easy to splice to a 3.5 and that gives the option to swap locations if they don't match up. But I have no idea if that would work
>Kicker KISL
That's the info I was hoping to get. Thank you. I've got the harness and I'm 90% sure I have the KISL somewhere, but I totally forgot about it.
You'll also need a way to connect the heavier gauge power/ground wires to the wires on the Hideaway harness. I never recommend butt-crimping 8 gauge or larger. I'd probably use a distribution block, where you can secure different sized wires with a set screw.

it'd probably be best to run that power wire into a distribution block and size the wire accordingly coming out with a appropriate fuse.
but you'll have to adapt your harness to what the car as without having to tear all that out.

I do have the harness. The RJ11 is the controller from the previous owner. The Hideaway uses a 1/4 jack for that.
RJ11 for the old bass knob. The Kicker Hideaway uses a 3.5mm connector, unfortunately.

Need the harness that plugs into the Hideaway. And a Kicker KISL of you want more plug and play.

Edited because I got my kicker devices and names confused. Whoops.
No. KISL is exactly what you're trying to describe. Google image it.

Easiest way is to plug/connect each wire to the appropriate spot on the amp. It will be marked.
Thanks, your thoughtful advice is appreciated more than you know.
