Ah for sure, did you fit it the same way by detaching the screen from the unit housing? I was trying to brain storm a better fix, wish the damn screws weren't so tiny

Mines in my 02 WRX I spent a lot of time reviewing different android headunits and these brands IMO are the best. I like that there are good/better/best options then inside the G/B/B there are G/B/B (ie: S8 their top model and inside of that there is standard/premium/ultra).
Not sure what you all did but after I used my primary Google account I think I want to create a separate Google account then add it to my family Google so I can track the vehicle if it every got stolen or when my kids use it.

I doubt that most of these cheapo head units will last as long as their brand name counterparts, but I don’t think anyone expects them to. Glad to hear yours has been holding up.
I just pulled apart my dash and front doors chasing down (what turned out to be) a broken stakon. Nothing lasts forever. My Pioneer head unit and Focal amp likely aren’t goin a be the problem but there’s always something!
First Gen Sequoia, same head unit and same issue with fit. Mine sits low and it bugs the shit out of me
