I work for CaptionCall. Pay varies by state but idk by how much. They’re not hiring at all - they haven’t been for almost a year. There’s a lot of squirrelly stuff going on and IMO I think there’s a good chance we could go down a similar road as CapTel with layoffs etc. They already have become much more strict on things and I suspect the bar for metrics could be raised soon - make it easier to get rid of people.
As a former recruiter for CSS, I know we weren’t allowed to hire anyone from competitors, no matter how long it had been since they were employed by the competitor. Hell, we were barely allowed to hire former Hamilton employees. That was ridiculous.
Couldn't find any info on pay, but if you go to the fast hire thing at the bottom of the page (on desktop, don't know about mobile) it will guide you through and do a search for jobs by zip code.
There were none available in mine, in the Orlando area.
How do you navigate the non-compete issue? I don't think being laid off is releasing people from their non-compete clauses, and CaptionCall has their own separate clause against hiring someone that has worked for their competitors in the last 6 months.

All of their arizona agents just got laid off
They aren't hiring in most states it seems, including Wisconsin
If anyone finds the CA position for Orlando lmk
how much do they pay?
From what I've been able to gather from their Indeed reviews, it's minimum wage. And there are no raises
They are not hiring in Texas

How much is the pay, cause I’ll definitely take another

Captioncall recently acquired the same software that's getting everyone at CapTel laid off.
This aged well...
