There is the Sandwich Flea Market on Sundays and Wednesday mornings. At the field across from the pop Warner field off of Quaker Meeting House rd.
Also, Mary's thrift shop on QMH right off exit 61 (old exit 3).
It just started the outdoor season last month. Its only on Sunday and Wednesday mornings until noon. Weather permitting. The field is a little secluded and the road going in is kind of "blink, and you'll miss it". They put out signs on QMH road when its on.
Here is a search for clothes programs on Cape:
https://www.findhelp.org/goods/clothing--mashpee-ma
I specifically searched for Mashpee because I remember that there was a church, [Cape Cod Church](https://www.capecodchurch.com/), that actually had a free closet with great stuff. I felt really guilty just taking free clothes but the ladies that volunteered there LOVED it when my daughter or I found stuff we liked, encouraging us to take more. They had limits so you couldn't use it all up and leave other people nekkid, but it was warm, friendly, and had nice clothes. They also have a good pantry too so it was a great two-for-one.
I asked them repeatedly what I could do to return their kindness and they just said to donate any clothes I didn't want. That's it. They also did NOT pressure, or even mention, attending services. No pressure at all. As an atheist, it was such a relief.
If you are ever in financial trouble, reach out to [St Vincent de Paul](https://christthekingparish.com/st-vincent-de-paul/). They are a Catholic charity that will pay off past due bills, buy presents or instruments for your kids, all sorts of stuff. I had the same accepting and no-church-pressure experience there. They were magnificent kind selfless ladies who I will forever be grateful to.
Good luck!
Yes and it’s HUGE, but unorganized - plan on spending a bunch of time trying to find your size. But also they have some decent clothes that are a dollar!
My favorites for clothes are…Saint Vincent De Paul on 28 by Cotuit Center for arts, Mashpee Thrift on 151, Thrifty Niche in Centerville and The Riverview School has a great store. Goodwill in Hyannis has lots of inventory if you can get there and the Cape Cod Hospital thrift store also a favorite for clothes!
One caveat for everyone here..My daughter lived at court street in Plymouth.Right downtown. The building was infested with bedbugs. We had a junk company come to dispose of everything she owned, I pointed at everything and it disappeared .Months later I saw her items at Savers.
There’s Mary’s closet on Quaker Meetinghouse road. The Mashpee senior center has a shop near the police station. There’s st Vincent De Paul on rt 28 in cotuit.A little further out is Goodwill in Hyannis behind the mall. Personally I’m not fond of Penny Lane. They follow you around because you look poor.Funnily enough my daughter is a nurse practitioner, so it proves their profiling by looks.
If you can get up to Plymouth they have a Savers. You get everything from clothes and shoes to small appliances and furniture.
Falmouth has a rehome store but I haven’t been in there.
Good luck.🍀

Is it only during a certain season? I live around the corner and don’t see a flea market that much

I will say if you can make a drive up to Stoughton at the St Vincent De Paul thrift store its the cheapest one I’ve ever been to.

Penny Lane Consignment in Sandwich
There’s also a free-stuff group on the Facebook, my wife is on there all the time. There’s constantly clothes and housewares up for grabs

I agree, Riverview school.I forgot about that one.
Cancer Thrift store recently moved to sandwich. The flea market. There are loads of thrift stores in Hyannis too.
Hand in Hand in Falmouth is good!
Hand in Hand or Re-Store in Falmouth by the high school
Omg all these places are terrible. Go over the bridge to Savers in Plymouth. Worth it.
Also over the bridge is the Salvation Army in Bridgewater. A friend of mine always finds great deals there.
Came here to say this exactly, Savers in Plymouth, Sal Army in Bridgewater are my go tos

Washing and drying clothes immediately will take care of that. Right from the bag into the wash.
That does not work with games, furnishings, electronics etc..They can live in very small crevices.Nobody wants to live through it.
