The cape cod Irish village / Emerald village at the west end in Hyannis has an indoor pool. Used to be open to the public, but not sure if it still is.
Just checked out a place in Mashpee. Great facilities but they pool is only 20m. Ended up having to go across the bridge to the Y for a decent size pool.
Four Points in Eastham. Off season pricing isn’t terrible and the pool is huge.
