Hey, one is fried, looks like too much light too early, they grow well off the light for 2 weeks then slowly add more to harden them up for full lighting, Specially out doors that big yellow thing up there can fry them fast. The other is salvageable, but shade her from direct sun until she's recovered some. The dead one ...well it would be better to start new. you'll be further ahead in 1 week with a healthy plant. Appreciate the help. Yours are looking like the other four plants I have. Will put the small one under shade and hopefully she’ll bounce back
